I was here for Memorial Day weekend with my family and decided to stop for a bite of ice cream. Worst mistake of my life. I have a lot of experience with ice cream and am very open to many different flavors and textures, but this was beyond horrible. I got chocolate choas as I usually opt for a chocolate flavor. It tasted like someone had dumped a bag of sand in it. It was so gritty it out weighed any possible other texture. The taste was just as bad. The chocolate tasted like frozen watered down bittersweet chocolates. The only thing they added to the "chaos" was semisweet chocolate chips. Halfway through I had to throw away my $5 ice cream it was so bad. My mother got the mint moose tracks. It didnt even have any mint in it and had the same gritty texture. The worse part is, is that we both got sick 30 minutes after eating. HORRIBLE AND NOT WORTH IT

Horrible customer service!!!!!! My family and I went on the 4th of July and I got two scoops of ice cream on a cone. When I walked to the cash register to pay for my ice cream one of the scoops fell in front of all the employees. I asked for another scoop of the same flavor and the cashier openly lied and said there was no more of the flavor I got. I then asked for another flavor since I was charged for two scoops and she refused to get me another flavor. I was so shocked because Im a local in this area and a regular customer but I was treated very rudely. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. They dont care about their customers and they make no secret of it.

Sugarlands is great. We went there yesterday and were quite impressed by the many flavors available. The clerk was quite patient as we decided which flavor to get. We were able to get a sample of a flavor. Waffle cones are a big hit for me when it comes to ice cream, and this place had them! :) They really gave generous portions of ice cream and we had excellent creamy flavors. The atmosphere was quite family friendly and colorful. If you like candy or truffles, theres plenty of that too.

Went in and picked out some stuff... went to pay... they couldnt break a 100 bill. Ok, no problem. The girl had to run my card 3 times. Still no problem. Now I have multiple charges on my card and I cant reach anyone. Hopefully they can fix this soon. Also the girl behind the counter needs to smile and be friendly so it will make people want to come back.

Apparently it closes early. And while the sign was on and the door was open, we were told it we wouldnt be served. When we apologized and let her know the sign was on, she nastily commented that there was a closed sign in the window. Needless to say, even when open, the rudeness of the staff means we wont be back.

We frequent ice cream places on all of our trips and this by far is the WORST place we have ever eaten ice cream. and not only that, it was EXPENSIVE bad ice cream! Dont waste your time or money!

I undertand a lot of places will do only cash when their server may be down, but if I ask you were the nearest ATM is, dont look at me like Im an idiot and tell me somewere. Really?!?!

Not sure what other reviewers are describing but the ice cream is from 2 national chains, Hershey & Edys. Place is cool, clean & everyone was nice.
