Havent been here in several years. Thought we would give it a try. The pros are our server was pleasant and my ice cream was good. The cons however, outweigh the pros. Upon walking in, we noticed the floors were pretty much filthy. There was some sort of melted ice cream/cone/? On the front of one counter and running to the floor. Then upon approaching the ice cream case I see a long black hair on the inside of the glass. Seeing as there were three employees at the time, someone should have been staying on top of the cleanliness and appearance....the floors, glass doors, display cases, glass windows...too many dirty hand prints. This is my home town and hopefully it will bring it up a notch.

I came to buy an ice cream cake here and the cashier asked me if I wanted anything written on the cake. I thought, "Why not?" So I said to write, "Happy Birthday". After I left the store, I looked at the receipt which said, "Cake Message - $4.00". Theyre going to sell cakes, charge extra for something that is EXPECTED to come with the cake, not tell me that its an additional charge, and then make this little message cost $4? I could have bought icing and done the same thing for less than half that price. What a joke.

What happened to their "great staff and service" ....the last couple of times Ive been there, the service was mediocre at best. And the last time I was there, they must have ran out of mint chocolate chip ice cream and mixed what they had leftover with some vanilla ice cream to make my shake...turned out creamy white and barely tasted like mint. Used to be one of my favorite ice cream places :(

I ordered a two scoop hot fudge sundae. As there wasnt much gold medal ribbon left. I asked him if there were two scoops of it. He proceeded to dip it up. When he handed it to me, the cup was less than 1/3 full. I told him that wasnt near as much as I had gotten the last time I was there. He just ignored me. It certainly wasnt worth $6. I wont be back!

Stopped by this afternoon to place an order for an ice cream cake for my wifes birthday on Tuesday. I was told by a staff member they were no longer accepting ice cream cake orders until sometime next week because they were "too backed up." Thanks for the outstanding customer service Baskin Robbins. You just lost a customer for life.

Have only gotten the Classic Banana Split done right once. Have come here probably 30 or more times. Completely ridiculous that they cant teach employees how to make the simplest ice cream combination of all time. How can and ice cream shop not know how to make a banana split?

Chaotic when busy. Employees argued with customers over who placed an order and when. They had no idea what was going on. They didnt even know who had paid and we could have just walked out with free ice cream (we didnt). No organization. Small building gets crowded fast.

Full of workers and not one greeted us. We walked in and lines up for service before a family of five and guess who was greeted and served first. I had to ask someone to help us.

Fast service and good quality ice cream. Sometimes a little crowded in the summertime, but the line goes fast. Inside and outside seating, and a small playground outside.

ICE CREAM...........how do you say anything bad about ice cream. Love B&K, and always have. This store would be a five but they run out of flavors pretty often.
