Ill start off by saying I have never left a review before but feel compelled to do so now. I just got home from this establishment and feel the need to share my terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. First there was nobody standing at the hostess table. I awkwardly stood around with around party waiting for somebody to come up and seat us. We finally got seated after many minutes. We ordered drinks from the same person who seated us which wasnt a huge deal but a little weird. Finally our server comes over and we order food. I ordered the salad bar as it is what I look forward to most. The salad bar now cost extra with your meal, was missing many items, and had the worst looking and tasting broccoli salad I have ever seen. I regrettably tried a bite and it was burnt, shriveled up broccoli that was so strong with garlic I had to spit it out. I had to ask twice for biscuits before the waitress "put some in the oven". After being there about 30 minutes, the biscuits finally came out and minutes later so did our food. My ribs were overcooked and mashed potatoes looked like they were sitting under a warming lamp for 2 hours and were rock hard. Our waitress never once came back to our table to check on us. I had to go to the bartender to ask for condiments. Well after we were done eating, I flagged down our server so we could get boxes and the check. After about 10 minutes and going into the kitchen multiple times, she finally came back with boxes and our check. I paid and started to walk out only to realize I did not have my card. I immediately turned around and found our server and told her I did not have my card. She proceeds to start acting guilty and taking off her apron and showing me inside all her pockets trying to prove she didnt have it. Another server came up and started helping me look around everywhere for my card. My server then comes up from behind me with my card in her hand and tells me it was on the ground when I know for a fact it was not. Other notable mentions from this terrible visit: Dirty bathrooms with sticky floors and paper towel everywhere, loud employees complaining about other servers being cut before them, dirty menus that were falling apart, no music in the bar, poorly dressed employees with un-tucked shirts, and employees shouting to the bar tenders to pour shots (makes me think they were avoiding ringing them in for a reason). I really hope I dont get sick from eating here. I hope it was just an off night for them but I would rather drive another 30 minutes than come back to this restaurant.

This particular Ruby Tuesday has the worst salad bar of ANY of the chain Ive been to!! As soon as i walked in its right there to see: All salad types were low or gone. In fact everything was about empty. The croutons were few an old and stale. In fact everything i tasted was old tasting or just "off" in flavor. The dressings were a mess. It was dirty with salad dressing slopped everywhere. To be blunt it completely sucked!!! And remember; if you only get the salad bar, it $9.99! Its $ 1.99 as an add on. When I complained to the manager the salad bar situation begin to change over the course of 20 minutes. Thats because she made people actually do their job! The "fresh" croutons that were brought out(15-20 minutes later) were drowning in grease and were far from the great unique ones that made me rave the first time 15 years ago i ate Ruby Tuesdays. I ended up ordering a bourbon glazed pork chop with zucchini. And the pork chop was very good as was the zucchini ;Tedder n tasty. Id give the pork chop 4 stars as a regular hungry man just glad to get at least something decent. As a chef i would give it 3 stars; i got a few strong bites that had what tasted like old bay seasoning. The manager was nice as were most of the employees. I really think the lady on the salad bar was insane with a mental condition honestly. She had a really weird psychotic deamenor like she was about ready to snap- for real/no joke. Summary: I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HORRIBLE RUBY TUESDAYS AND IT WILL BE A VERY LONG TIME BEFORE I GO TO "ANY" RUBY TUESDAY IF EVER!!!

Customer service SUCKS! We waited 10 minutes and couldnt get waited on; not even a drink order. The restaurant was not busy by any stretch the imagination. They sat us in a booth in the bar area and we left since we couldnt get waited on. The bartender walked around us three times after making eye contact with us. He took three other orders from people who were seated after us. There were three waiters standing around the bar that didnt even speak to us. I am only going to wait sooo long before Ill get up and leave. The "manager" didnt even acknowledge our presence until we were walking out the door. Ridiculous! We will never go to the Ruby Tuesdays on 96th street in Fishers again! If I could give it zero stars I would.

We had lunch here today. Hubby had a chicken sandwich, I had a burger with barbwire sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and onion rings. Both came with an abundant amount of French fries. My sandwich was very good flavor wise and huge. But it was dripping with grease! I told the waitress and showed her the grease on my plate. She says that is not good. Very shortly after the manager came to the table and apologized. Said he could offer no reason he had never seen that before and offered to have another one cooked for me, I declined since I had eaten almost half of it. When our bill came the burger was removed from the bill. Good customer service on thier part.

We really like the RT Salad Bar, but the two times weve been to this location, several items on the bar have been empty and we had to ask for it to be restocked. The waitstaff is usually very good and friendly. Ive been very unimpressed with the "kids" that have as host/hostess. This is a the "first impression" you get about a place, they need better people - or better training. But in the end, you go for the food, and theirs is pretty good - for this kind of a restaurant.

I had a to go order . Asked for no mushroom . It was smothered with them . Cheese was melted onto mushrooms , so i couldnt salvage the cheese . They put the juicy ( which was good that it was juicy ) chicken in same container with french fries and onion rings . They were so disgustingly soggy. I guess I should have looked at my stuff before I left the restaurant. It was just an unhappy experience

I visited this location during a Wednesday lunch hour. I actually ordered takeout and had to go in to pick up the food from the bar. All of the staff members were exceptional. They quickly greeted me and were very pleasant. Also the bartender was awesome! The food was great but I really value service. Dont think twice about it! Go in and enjoy your meal at Ruby Tuesdays!
