Me and my daughters went here after attending the Ariana Grande concert to grab something to eat. I have never been to a Hard Rock Cafe and wont be going back to this one! My 25 yr old daughter was refused a beer because they said her ID didnt look like her, if your waitresses are going to refuse to take a valid ID they need to learn how to tell if they are real or not.. They were rude and threw her ID at her twice , I have never ever experienced such rude service in my life! She tried to say I was yelling at her and I wasnt, we were close to the band and I was trying to talk over the music. We didnt stay, there is no way I was going to give them my money those girls have a power kick issue going on big time If we were trying to pull one over on them my 19 yr old would have tried to get a beer also! The waitress and bar manager need customer service training for sure! It was the way we were disrespected and treated like we are stupid when they are the ignorant ones. They even asked for a second ID my daughter had her bank card and showed the waitress her FB account and they still didnt believe her at that point they just didnt want to admit they were wrong! Most states have a thing called facial recognition when issuing drivers license now days making it almost impossible to get fake ids! Sincerely ,

This post is dedicated to the AMAZING employees Stewart, Sunny & Carolina: So, my friend & I were leisurely walking around downtown Indianapolis just enjoying ourselves when out of nowhere, a homeless man starting SCREAMING profanities at the two of us. We tried our best to ignore this man by just walking past him, but then we turned around, and noticed that he had started following us while still screaming extremely offensive words. Luckily this was all happening in front of an open business (Hard Rock Cafe) so I quickly opened the door and we ran inside for refuge because this man was kind of terrifying. We were greeted by these 3 SUPER NICE employees & we explained why we had come in there. Stewart, Sunny & Carolina were very understanding and even shared similar encounters like we had just experienced. We conversed with them for a few minutes before leaving. Before we left, they made sure the coast was clear of the man & Stewart even walked with us across the street. I am so grateful that Hard Rock Cafe Indy has such incredible employees like those 3 because if not, my friend & I were just going to have to sprint away from this man. THANK YOU!!! PS: The Twisted Mac & Cheese is phenomenal....10/10 highly recommend

My husband and I have tried going to this location on two different occasions. The first time, the whole place was closed for a private event. The second time, we arrived around 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It was not overly crowded, but the service was terrible. It took forever for them to take our order. Once we finally ordered we were waiting for nearly an hour and a half for the food to come out. During the time we were waiting, a couple at a table behind us received and appetizer that was served cold, and the had it sent back. Also, our waitress never came to check on us. Because we had somewhere we had to be at 7, we had to just get up and leave. We left a couple dollars on the table for our drinks, but were not able to eat our food.

HOLY KITTIES! What an awesome meal! From the cocktails, to the food, to the service, this place rocks! Literally! Started with two yummy, fresh house salads. Then we had salmon and fajitas, but were amazing. They came out quick and hot. Strawberry margarita and Hurricane were delish! Our server, Sunny, was AWESOME! He had the perfect approach, checked in just enough, and was a total pleasure to be around. His vibe is just great! He even went above and beyond to find out where these two travelers could go on a Sunday night to find some live music. (PS, thats the Slippery Noodle) Wed love to have the pleasure of coming back here if were ever back in Indy!

I went the Hard Rock Café at the end of April 2015. I was there about 11:30 am for an early lunch. There were others in the restaurants but it was not crowded. We had a light lunch and everything was excellent. However what set this experience over the top was our waitress, Kaitlin. She alone made this meal the best of our entire trip. Very witty, bigger than life personality and GREAT customer service. Other staff seemed to have similar charisma. If you can go when this place isnt jam packed it is well worth effort, if for no more than the interaction.

I was there with few collegues and we had a great time. I just wish they had a good selection of appetizers and good music. We had the combo platter with chicken tenders, buffalo wings, onion rings, brocheta, and some vegeterian wraps. It was really good. Later on we ordered some Buffalo coliflower. And they were fabulous and tasted like chicken wings. May was our waitress and she was very professional, welcoming, and patient. She answered all our questions and came so often to check on us. She is a gem. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been to this place multiple times since it opened. When they opened they were great. However, my last experience, and that of a few people I have talked to, was not a pleasant one. If you are looking for a 3 hour dinner and terrible/no service this is the place to go. Food has been okay to good. I went with a large party of people, and we had other plans for the night, but those were nearly ruined because dinner took FOREVER and ever and ever and ever! I would have spent A LOT more money if my waiter ever showed up.

I was there after the big ten championship game and it was pretty packed but the staff was really kind and welcoming.. the food came out at a good pace and the service was just right. The one problem I had was the bar took like 20 minutes if not more to get out drinks out and it was only a beer and margarita. I dont plan on holding against them though mainly because our server apologized for it instead of pretending she didnt notice and it wasnt even her fault. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed in this hard rock cafe. Staff seemed friendly enough when I placed a carry out order. They told me the order would take an hour due to a big crowd. When I went to pick up the order, the hostess never put in the order, and the restaurant was virtually empty. Cant figure out why an order would not have been put in, why the restaurant was empty, and why it should have even taken an hour. Then the bar tender said he would put the order in right away? Yeah right...

Have always enjoyed HardRock Cafe.. Waited around 30 to 40 minutes no big deal, its a Saturday night ... We were here for the PRI show(4 us eating) my husbands food is Served and there is a "Black" Hair on the beans of his Texas BBQ plate... THIS IS THE POINT - Nick the Manager comes over says: I see you got alittle Extra tonight, well I can Promise you its not Mine(he has his shiny bald head polished).. No apologies or nothing.. Our bill $80 later..
