I really want this place to be the cool, hip coffee shop to satisfy the lack of Columbus counter-culture, but it falls way short. Its too small and only run by one worker. Its never open when it should be. They only do French press, which is great sometimes but they need to branch out...pour-overs are "in" and you need to have a normal drip machine for the grab-n-go visit. The espresso drinks are mediocre and usually not prepared right. The beans...theyre just not good. Ive been told they get their beans from some monastery or whatever in Wyoming...Im sorry but the beans are just bad. You cant even buy them by the pound to take home...which is huge missed opportunity. There are much MUCH better roasters right here in Indiana that would love a new shop to sell to. The attached bakery is good. The service is always friendly. Its just not that great of a coffee shop...yet

Great service! Superb coffee! My favorite is turtle latte. People who run this place are very friendly and make best coffees according to your personal taste. Masala Chai, Turtle latte, French pressed coffee are a must try here. They also have freshly baked cakes and pasties which are great. Place looks very artistic and also you get to hear good music and sometimes love guitar by John.

This place is A-MAZE-ING The staff is always friendly, and good looking. The baked goods are super sweet! (gluten free makes it sweeter!) The Teas are OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD and the service? You cant get better then this. I say pah to all the Starbucks drinkers out there, because you are never going to find a better place with better service and taste then Sogno Della Terra!

The best customer service I had in Columbus. The bread was amazing and the cold capuccinos were definitely the most flavorful I have tried. The owner was the nicest lady, she simply decided to start bringing bread to our tables on the house, really the best customer service I had in years. !!!! Come!!! Its worth it

Not only does Sogno serve the best coffee in town but they work diligently to deliver fresh baked goods everyday! Lunch is always top notch and the service is exceptional. Sogno is warm, inviting, and my favorite home away from home. My only complaint is that they are not open 24/7.

This place definitely has the best customer service I have ever experienced not only in Indiana, but in the US. The staff is always friendly and willing to serve. The coffee is good but their pastry is from another world. If you are in Columbus, you must go at least once!

Ive visited several times and I dont know which thing is better - the coffee or the service! Such a sweet family that cares about the people who stop in. They have tons of sweets, made fresh! And their frech press is the best in town.

The baked goods are excellent. Not your typical fare. These have unique combinations of flavors. We had cappuccinos....not exactly a cappuccino but it was a nicely flavored coffee. No bitterness, a hint of cocoa.
