A lovely neighborhood spot. Sam and his staff are friendly, enthusiastic about DIY third-wave coffee, and eager to teach and share their craft. Yes, Uel Zing as a whole is very particular about every step of the coffee process—but on a moderate budget and in a characteristically unpretentious way.
