Licious Cafe has AMAZING food and drinks. My favorites are their smoothies. I recommend their avocado with less sugar, matcha with less sugar, taro, strawberry green apple, sea salt caramel, wildberry, mango, and blueberry smoothies. I also love their spring rolls and the BBQ pork banh mi. Their banh mi is authentic, using French bread and a delicate portion of meat, which I really appreciate. For pho, the portion is big and has great flavor. It has a good amount of noodles for $10 and it is cheaper than Pho Eva on Beal Parkway. I really recommend this place for anyone who is curious and wants a tasty quick bite to eat, and also something sweet to eat and drink

I went to the beach today and got burnt the heck up! Despite the stinging pain and agony my baby-like skin had to go through, it all went away as soon as I sat down to have a Dlicious fruit smoothie here. Of all the boba-smoothie places Ive ever been to, Licious Cafe is by far the best on the East Coast! There are endless flavor combinations, especially when you consider that you can add over a dozen of jelly and boba flavors in with your smoothie. Too bad I am just a tourist and just visiting for five days, Id love to try all of their smooth flavors eventually. How about a franchise up north, guys?

This place is so amazing! Super healthy and delicious! Its a Vietnamese cafe that offers smoothies, teas, sandwiches, soups, and even this delicious stuff called Artisan Ice. Artisan is is this superb shaved ice that looks like creamy cotton candy, but melts in your mouth like smooth ice cream. However, it is NOT ice cream! It is definitely an experience in itself, so light and simply scrumptious! Highly recommend taking out of town family and friends to this place, its truely an experience!

Banh Mi is $4.99 and has a lot of bread than meat. The pork is pork chop type meat instead of traditional Asian BBQ pork. The chicken pho is $9.99 so a bit pricey and not authentic (no bean sprouts or lime or the works). The ice dessert is great and the smoothie is good. It claims to be made with fresh fruit but cant validate as they made it in the back. Its tasty nonetheless. Another star if the food was more authentic and the price is better.

Came here twice now and its great people with great food and drinks. Never knew what boba tea and smoothies were but now I love it. The chicken pho is really good, the large is 9.99 and feed me and my wife. The fruit teas are awesome and the smoothies are to die for.

Unique and amazing!! The taro is a flavor Ive never had anywhere else before. Its so good! The texture of the shaved ice is also unique. Its one of my favorite places to go. Make sure you get the condensed milk on top. The place is always clean and quiet. Love it!

Delicious shaved ice that is amazing looking. Lots of toppings to pick from thatthey uton instead of you, so no contmination like at yogurt places. I suggest the condensed milk drizzle on top. Very modern looking and suer clean inside too. Our new favorite!

I do not spend much time when visiting, but when I do, the servers are always very friendly and I always look forward to getting more boba. I appreciate the variety of flavors/ingredients, everything is always yummy.

Friendly staff and delicious treat! Only here for a couple of days, but definitely going back before I leave. I had the Artistic Ice...coconut ice with mango boba and mango drizzle. Cant wait to try other combos.

Phenomenal customer service and delicious food. I wish they had beef Pho but the Chicken Pho was just as good. Milk tea was great, not too much ice and good flavor. Will visit again next time Im in the area.

Stumbled on this gem. Soup and sandwiches are on the menu but the Highlights are the desserts. Many flavors of artistic shaved ice in the Vietnamese style. Tuyệt vời!
