never post reviews but I feel I need to in this case. Ive ate at this restuarant with my family for years (prefered the previous management, especially after tonight). We had never really had much of a problem before. I went in there at about 7:30 this evening to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. After paying and walking up to the buffet I immediately realize that the food that was available had been setting there for awhile. Half the buffet didnt even have food on it. After saying, "Im not paying for this" they decided to start restocking the buffet. I sat down to give them time to restock. They started bringing out luke warm food, very slowly. As I proceeded to eat, the owner decided to stand at the service door and stare at me as you could tell I was unhappy. When I got up to leave the owner than had his kitchen staff watch me walk out while they were all back there laughing at me. They are all rude and the food was all old or cold. Definitely save your money and dont go to this place. There are plenty of other Chinese restuarants available in this town that will treat their costumers better than this place. I honestly have no idea how they are still open with food (including seafood) being served under the required temperature.

I love this place. This is the kind of restraint I want to go to everyday. Cheap food good selection and a beautiful desert bar icecream and all. But that is nothing compared to the service management makes a point to say hi to my son and be very nice to my wife and I. The head cook will even see I and come out and say hi and walk over and say hi to my family. Always loving always respectful. Sure beats China buffet were I watched "waitresses" gossiped and talk on there phones and the food thou maby more diversified (only due to more warmer thingys",was all nasty old nasty yuck. I love this reatraunt

My sister and I went here for dinner. The waitress asked her if I needed more to drink while I was away from the table so she told her yes. She watched the waitress go to the drink station and dump stuff in my drink then bring the almost empty cup back to the table.. I took a drink and within minutes started feeling very sick. Im not sure what she put in my drink but we will not be returning here and I will be telling others to stay away from here.

I actually like the place, but realistically its nothing too special. Just a hole-in-the-wall Americanized Chinese buffet thats convenient if youre out in that stretch of the west-side often. Wish the salad bar had a little more selection. Compares pretty unfavorably to the east-sides China Buffet in that respect. Rest of the food hits the usual benchmarks for this sort of joint though, and the staff are polite and competent.

Excellent buffet for the price. Fabulous staff, super friendly. A little smaller than other buffets but high quality and plenty of tasty choices. Lots of fruit and desserts, but the deep fried pork chops are AMAZING and worth the drive all by themselves. For the record, the horrible slander and abuse they are receiving is completely unwarranted. These are good people and a lovely restaurant.

First time eating here, it was very disappointing!! First you post before even looking at the food... To see if it is any good!! Went to buffet... Food, soups, Rangoons, you name has been sitting for quite sometime. Me n my bf couldnt even finish a plate. We asked for some $ back, they refused!! Very rude staff!! Ill never go back!!!!

I ordered take-out items from the menu. Not only were they not cooked fresh, but it was old cold and covered in slime. The shrimp chop suey was covered in snot like clear slime!! The chicken teriyaki (chicken on a stick) was black rubbery and cold. Dont eat there!! The most disgusting place to exist they should be shut down.

The food was over cooked from being under the light/ the food was tasteless and there were few options on the bar for the price. Please be careful that you look at the bar/ I should have known when they collected the payment before I was seated. I believe a Board of Health review would be in order!

The food was terrible. I could only eat 1 half of one plate. I almost got sick in the restaurant. The waitress gave the attitude that she wanted you to just leave...dropped my glass of tea on the table like doing her job and being courteous was a burden

Absolutely awful. Poor selection, over or undercooked food. Most of it even smelled rotten (I should have stopped then) so it was no surprise when I got food poisoning the next morning. Do yourself a favour and pass this place by!

Saw the videos of animal abuse on Facebook. And where theyre being charged with animal cruelty. Pathetic & disgusting!! I can only imagine why theyre trapping stray cats & tying them up behind the building

Theres a reason its so cheap. What little food they had was overcooked. Its truly a hole in the wall, but I guess if you are really hungry and only have a few bucks then this is the place for you.

Price includes drink. Not an enormous selection but everything is really good. You will leave stuffed. Good dumplings, Mongolian shrimp, pepper chicken, bbq rib tips, Japanese egg roll.
