My wife and i made the mistake of stopping into ruby tuesdays on the 27th. When we first went in the store looked clean. But upon being seated we noticed the table had a nasty film on it and was dirty. we placed our order and went to the salad bar. The first two plates we picked up still had food and salad dressing on them after being washed. We returned to our table and had to ask three people to bring us silverware so we could eat. When we did get silverware we had to wipe it off as it was spot covered and looked nasty.We then hear another waitress offer her table their complimentary biscuits. Our waitress Jordan was MIA and didnt even offer. When she did show up with our food she didnt ask if we needed anything else. It took ten minutes just to get a refill on sweet tea. When she brought out the dinner plates made no effort to remove the dirty dishes. Upon finishing our meal it took forever to get her to bring the check and even longer to get our card back because she and the other wait staff were too busy standing in the back having a conversation. I hope she liked her dollar and eighty-one cent tip. She is lucky she got that. The service and the restaurant was horrible. Even if they paid us to come back I will pass. im being generous with 1 star

We used to frequent on a regular and while we found it expensive for what you were getting we loved salad bar so we would make an exception to our budget. Menu was just changed and its gone up in price quite a bit and there are less options. We left without ordering apologizing to our waitress explaining that we knew she had no say over it but the quality of food and service isnt worth the price they are charging. I can go to much higher quality restaurants and spend the same. Sorry!

I have enjoyed Ruby Tuesday so much in the past, but this date it was horrible. Treated a client to the "Seafood Trio", the lobster was mush, the mashed potatoes that I bragged about were runny. Im so sorry we visited Ruby Tuesday.....We are so limited in Anderson, IN.....Next time we will go to "Red Lobster". Further when I gave the server her 20% gratuity, she returned my card saying "here you go". Well, I used to take clients there. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for all.

Not busy at all and there were servers running around bumping into each other. Two of us in my party. I ordered a combo meal of ribs, chicken strips, and shrimp. Ribs were dry and salty. Chicken strips were small, and shrimp were okay. The other person in my party ordered a ribeye that was pan fried instead of grilled. Didnt have any flavor. They closed the Ruby Tuesdays where I am from so I thought it would be nice to try again. Never again.

Very dissatisfied with the service we received in there this evening. Our Waitress SAYNEA Was Rushing US Out THE door. Our appetizers had just arrived and she came to the table asking if we needed a box, and our check while everyone st the table was still eating. We had wanted desserts but was given the check before we were even asked if we wanted dessert. Will not be going back to this Ruby Tuesday location ever.

Mathew was my waiter and took care of us like family! It was a Sunday evening and we were seated quickly. The salad bar was fresh and chilled perfectly. My father is very picky with his steaks and is very hard to please, but my father always loves steaks at Ruby Tuesday. We were 4 adults and 2 children. I cant say enough good things about this location. Ask for Mathew!! Great food and service.

So we waited for about 15- 20 minutes before actually being seated and then when we were it was in an area that was literally empty. Otherwise that the service and the food was great. I ate a healthy meal as you can see. We skipped desert but I believe they had a good menu. Nice atmosphere as well.

The staff are friendly and the food is great. Salad bar and biscuits are the best in town. General Manager Russ is the best. He is always talking to the customers and making sure things are going well. Andersons well kept secret. Drinks are good too at a affordable price.

Really the only thing worth going to Ruby Tuesday for is the salad bar now. The menu is over priced and the food under delivers, service is good for the most part. if you want a great Bacon Burger go to Waffle House 1/3 the cost and you wont be disappointed.

We received are food and drink and that was all we seen far as service. I guess it was a day you just get drink. Sold out of Ribs by 6 p.m. food was burned up had to send it back. If you run a business where you advertise Ribs, how do YOU run out.

Its just not a great restaurant. My sandwich came without the mayo. Even though we were there for an early lunch (11:30) and there were few other patrons, it took almost an hour for our food to come out. Overall, disappointing.

Service was awful our wait person looked like she just rolled out of bed and smelled bad the food and salad bar were poor 9.00 for some greens and very few topping and potatoe salad made from old baked potatoes gross

My while party was surprised to say this was the best tasting food any of us had had in months! The service was amazing, my steak cooked perfect and you couldnt neat the price. ...amazing! I highly recommend it!!!!!

Awesome service!...Must try the chicken quesedilla on the appitizer menu....also the blackened NY strip steak was killer!!! Bartender was a cool dude! Very happy all around...so is my belly!!! ;-)
