The staff are super friendly. I never seen any of the staff members "socialize" with their "friends" customers are expected to be greeted. And I dont know what She meant by "socializing" i go to this Starbucks a lot. I never had a negative experience at this location. The Starbucks looks clean to me and the mens bathroom has been clean every single time I have used the bathroom. And I have been to this Starbucks in the morning, evening and at night. I think that this Starbucks is 5 stars.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to (and Ive been to a lot of them). The place is usually filthy. No one ever wipes off the table tops or bothers to sweep the floor. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the employees are nice but usually socializing with friends.There are always people passed out at the tables. I honestly rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Lake Geneva to sit in a more clean environment to do work even if it is always full of tourists.

I had issues with the mobile app a few days ago. The baristas in store were wonderful, they helped me place and complete my order with my the app so I knew how to do it correctly. Thats customer service and how you earn brand loyalty. I love this location. Thanks Desiree and Laura.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Never have to wait more than 7 minutes for your drink or food and it is always quality great place to meet up with friends and family due to a quiet atmosphere and comfortable seating

Always Long wait and slow lines so we thought this time we should order ahead of time and pick up our coffees No one had bothered to check for mobile orders so when we arrived 10 min after we ordered we still had to wait.
