Very nice I ordered through grub hub they gave me an option to tip by credit card. The delivery person arrived on time handed my bag and said thank you. I ordered chicken kabobs: It was not on a stick but it was a lot . broccoli : steamed but not flavored. Salad no cheese with house dressing: I t was so good I did have to chop it up. Old fashion burger: If you want extra anything it comes with a charge. I requested no cooked onions and no peppers because it comes with ground peppers, onions, spices, lettuce, and tomato. I received no lettuce or tomato and I am assuming no onion because they do not serve it with raw onions. Anyway it was still very good. I am not into french fries. So all in all it was so good and service fast and chicken kabob and salad I would recommend.

We have been to Valley Lodge Tavern in Wilmette twice, once in the late evening and once for dinner with friends. We wanted to try it because we had been to Valley Lodge in Glenview and were delighted, and wanted to see if the same excellent food and service were now available in our home town. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. The food was delicious, the wait staff was courteous and friendly, the atmosphere was everything you could want it to be. There is no doubt that Valley Lodge in Wilmette will soon become one of the premier gathering and eating places in Wilmette. Thank you, Alex, for a grand experience.

I went to this restaurant not too long ago and got horrible food poisoning. I was violently ill for 6 hours. I let the manager know and he was completely rude and basically told me that what I had was not food poisoning and was not apologetic. Its scary because that place is full of kids and it would be very serious if anyone else got sick. I would not go to this restaurant if I were you!

Stopped in for Game 6 of the 2016 World Series. First thing they brought to the table was a bag of peanuts and a bag of Cracker Jacks. Loved it! Beer selection is great and the Pulled Pork Nachos were HUGE and DELICIOUS! Big enough to feed four adults. Service was attentive. A nice spot for a bite and a brew.

Great food and ambiance here. It feels tastefully upscale while still being casual and comfortable. A good place for family, casual date nights or just having a nice meal on your own. Honestly, its a great place that well happily return to! Parking is street parking but do-able if its not a weekend night.

It is good for what is its made for. You can get the usual burger, ribs, hotdogs, mac and cheese. You will no get anything else that is worth noting. Its all good. Sometimes you just want no adventure and come to the valley lodge for a good old beer and some family fun.

Had a private party here. Everyone had a great time. Food and drinks were very good. The manager Chris is a really nice guy, who went out of his way to make sure we had awesome service. Definitely recommend this place for a party or even just dinner or drinks.

This is their new, 2nd location, here in Wilmette. Great salads and soup. Good Hamburger. Nice to have here in town. The bar is getting like a "Cheers" atmosphere, with regulars and great Bartenders.
