DO NOT GO TO THE JJs Fish on Lewis & Glen Flora!!! Seriously, EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I just got home from there opened up my dinner which was a fish Sandwhich or should I say pieces of something that wasnt fish. I called them and told them about it and their response theres nothing I can do, then I said I would like my money back cause this isnt fish and if you dont know how to cook it you should not be serving it!!! He stated we have a No return or refund policy. Are you kidding me!! Its Obvious they get alot of returns and request for refunds. Drive the extra couple of minutes to: MOES FISH & CHICKEN Sheridan Road Zion, IL Real food, Real Customer Service. Health Department is my next step, I wouldnt even feed this to my dogs. what a waist 5.99 + tax going in the trash and I am off to Moes for dinner. Buyer Beware what you order may not be what your getting. (They are only getting a star because you cant post with out at least one!)

The owner is a terrible person. Called in to place a order and no one answered the phone, end up going to the location 30+ minutes before the closing hours they had stated and all the workers were outside smoking. When I was walking in he stated they were closed. I asked them what time they close because on the website it said otherwise and he ignored me and kept smoking with his apron on. I came back about two days later and talked to someone about the situation and it ended up being the manager who did the nonsense. So than my friend decided to record how disgusting they are. In the video we have you see him walking from the cash register than to the kitchen to eat and cook food.

This restaurant is not customer service friendly they dont answer the phone & theyre always out of chicken drumsticks. When I locate the owner Im complaining!!!! Id rather replace them with Harolds or Sharkys. How can you be out of chicken when thats your main menu????

Horrible service , does not answer phone calls and when went and drove to the location , phone was ringing and employee automatically ignored the numerous phone calls he was getting . How are they still open??

Why so many complaints?? Ive never had an issue except for an occasional dry order. Service is always fine, they cook to order so calling in is best option. Good prices especially for large family orders.
