Pay no attention to bashing reviews about the pub, especially the reviewer looking for ”a girls night out” because this is not a ”girls night out” establishment. Go downtown if you need a ”girls night out”. This is a neighborhood bar where neighborhood people like myself and fiancé, the regular jane and joe, go to eat and drink and hang out. Their food is terrific and modestly priced, particularly their homemade pizzas (half priced on sundays) - to die for! The cost per person really depends on how much you are going to drink but the average meal, if you decide to eat, is about $8. You cant beat that price in these economically tough times.

Went in and was verbally attacked by the server after she requested an ID. While i was pulling out my wallet i was yelled at and asked to leave. After leaving she even went out of her way to come out and yell out to me and two of my friends. She was yelling obscenities and we just walked away and ignored her, while she lit a cigarette and started to speak to the people outside. The establishment had to be the most trashy bar i have ever walked in to, which is why i did not care to leave. If you are not white then this place is not for you. If you walk in and are not white, you will be asked to leave "because you had an attitude"

Normally cozy tavern and a place I like to visit when I return to the area. Recently they got a new menu. While an interesting and tasty looking menu, theyre trying to get too fancy (and expensive) too fast. This is a shot and a beer bar, not a gourmet cuisine establishment. Also, normally pretty good bartenders, but this last visit the bartender was way too busy ignoring us after we declined to order anything from the menu.

Never got the chance to visit...when i called the UNGENTLEMEN was more concerned in who i was, i was a debt collector and my reason for calling...after explaining and asking what the establishment had to offer for a girls night out HE HUNG UP ON ME!! If this is how unprofessional they are over the phone Im sure they are MUCH WORSE in person so STEER CLEAR

My boyfriend and I walked in and sat down at a table by the window..the bartender came over and asked" what do you want"..really?..no hi..no how are you doing..no my name is..anyways..i smiled and said.."we care still thinking"..she looked me up and down and walked away. HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION..NEVER COMING BACK!

Stopped in after a long day for a quick drink. There were maybe 8 people sitting outside in front, and 2 people at the bar. No bartender. Waited 5 minutes. No bartender appeared. I have to assume the bartender was one of the people sitting out front, but didnt care enough to walk inside and do her/ his job.
