Honestly? The place is overpriced for the quantity you get. Want an iced beverage? Expect a lot of ice and a little beverage. We went and got a Medium Iced Chai (the chai straight from a carton) and a Medium Italian Soda- $8.50 (Both of them filled to the brim with ice and then the beverages put into whatever little space was left, a whole 10 gulps of beverage). I am pretty sure we were overcharged from the price list on the wall- and the thought didnt appear to us until after we left- but even if we werent, its insanely priced. When the maker of the drink put the lid on the Italian soda- there had been too much ice which pushed through the side of the flimsy Styrofoam cup- rather than put it in another cup, she handed me a plastic cup and told me to set it in there and left me with a stick mess to deal with on my own, and as a result of the leak, a stain on my shirt. The place really is cute and comfortable, what time we did spend in it. It seemed a bit bare at the time we went there, but from my understanding, they were going to be adding more to the place. The owner/operators were nice but were overbearing about us spreading the word and bringing people in. We were just there as part of our date and it became an annoyance, especially since they kept butting in and trying to initiate a conversation. In fact, that was part of the reason we didnt stay longer.

The coolest coffee shop and quick lunch spot if youre in Richmond. They have a really cool space, a ton of menu items including sandwiches, soup, ice cream, and more flavor shots for coffee than I ever knew they made. They have plenty of seating and a couple board games like chess and checkers set up on the tables with more to choose from on their shelves. Friendly staff and good coffee.

Absolutely love this place. When my family and I lived in Richmond we would walk here regularly. Excellent food, delicious ice cream, and Cafe drinks too. It is also very neat that they locally source their ingredients, and feature items for sale by local small business. I recommend this place to everyone.

Stopped in while passing through for some coffee. This shop is definitely the diamond in the rough of downtown Richmond. Good people, family friendly, and great coffee. I recommend being being original with the frapé flavors, I had a caramel coconut one and it tasted amazing! Wish we lived closer!

AMAZING coffee shop! A very extensive menu of great quality teas, coffees, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, pastries, and breakfast foods. I have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Everything tastes amazing and the service is wonderful. Better than Starbucks by far.

Words cannot express! This coffee shop experience was the best I have ever had. Take a walk back in time in this charming and spacious but cozy location. Not to mention the quality of the coffee and ice cream. I feel like a kid again! Highly recommended!

Not only is the coffee delicious but the sandwiches are amazing! I thought no one could make a sandwich as good as my mom, I was wrong. Excellent coffee shop, friendly and owner cares about her ingredients and customers. A definite must stop in!!

I love their sandwiches, soups, coffee and tea....the best chai tea Ive had! I like picking up sandwiches and drinks on my way through town when visiting family up north. Way better than any fast food you could get along the interstate.
