Shout out to LaTasha at the Park Ridge Oberweis! (Think she might be the manager)? She is so sweet and joyful and you can tell she really loves her job! My two boys and I go there occasionally after my eldest gets off of school and she actually remembers their names and is so kind to them! She also gave them each a balloon and offered to help get them down, after my little guy kept letting his go!

Amazing service here at the Park Ridge location. Although there is an oberweis that is closer to my home, I come to this one with my family because the people here are so nice. Especially Latasha the store manager always goes above and beyond to take care of us with her awesome attitude. Shes so welcoming and sweet! Just like the ice cream. Love it!

Exceptionally friendly customer service. The store has a traditional counter where you can sit and watch the ice cream treats being made! As well, there are quite a few booths and lots of tables for families with children; I even noticed some games available for younger kids. The ice cream is some of the richest and creamiest you can find anywhere!

Its ok. Pricey. The last time I was there, a group of "children" from a local Catholic school were there as well...EXTREMELY BLOODY OBNOXIOUS AND LOUD. Requested to the manager (who looked about the same age as these kids) to ask them to quiet it down as the place echoed...he never did.

We stopped in for ice cream on our way back from a mission trip in Kentucky. We had fifty people and they got us in and out in 45 minutes! The shift leaders Brianna, Cesar, Oscar, and Cassie had a great system. We were hesitant to stop but are so happy we did!!

Just visited them. We dine in so the guy came after a while and asked us if we needed any water or anything else. Ive been to several oberwise location but this one is the best one so far. Friendly employee!! The guy was very nice.

This is definitely a neighborhood hot spot, which makes the chain seem a little bit more intimate. The staff are local high school students who are always cheery. Stop in for a treat even in the winter time!
