Ive been coming here for 10 years. Employees are changing my experience. Got a bagel (asiago with plain cream cheese), get back to car its just the bagel with no cream cheese. Go back in and Diana yelled at me asking me whether I paid for it or not. Literally asking and yelling it, infront of all the customers. Then proceeded to yell at me when I wasnt willing to answer her as loud as she was. I was embarrassed. And my bagel wasnt even toasted the second time. Very bad service. Going to the one Palos now

I come here anytime I can for breakfast. I love how when order my "weird" bagel (plain with bacon and turkey sausage) I dont get a werid look like Im crazy. Service is amazing, everyone on the staff is very polite and experts at bagel making lol. I wish I could get breakfast there everyday!

People are talking about going to the Palos one but the one in palos is full of rude, arrogant ladies. This one is waaaayyyyy better, friendly, and people actually have a personality here. Glad I found one I dont feEl uncomfortable going to.

Staff is very very rude. Could not get my order right. Had one women roll her eyes at me when she asked if my order was to go. I was very upset with the way my experience was. Will be going to location in Palos Heights for now on.
