The customer service sucks I came in to get a bowl and was took this is all the rice they have . Really I had to ask them how long it would take and they looked confused. As I waited the 10 for rice I noticed a lot of out people wait 2. As customer came they were told longer time for the rice to get them to change there mind . Most of the special were out and it didnt look like they wanted to make anything else so sad kids these days

Just stopped by at this location and the customer serviced lacked any emotion from the employees especially one in particular. Once I paid I asked for sweet and sour sauce and all I got was soy sauce he seemed mad for asking. Food mediocre at best worst Panda I visited in years. Never stopping there again.

Just burnt the heck out of my tongue. Asked for a sample and it instantly burned. When I told the checkout lady- her response was: " oh yea, they just came out, very hot, be careful". Um ok? Could have warned me? We still bought the food, tastes decent, just be careful.

We order a bigger plate and they gave us a very little entree size. The worker wanted to put all three entrees in one plate. Another worked charged us extra. I think they are having a crisis, because when we came here a year ago everything was very good.

Somehow, this location has managed to consistently change the signature taste of PEs famous orange chicken. Horrible.
