The food is good and I will go back for this. If you use delivery or pay with a credit card over the phone, the lady that works that ALWAYS reads your credit card number out loud as you give it to her. So, other customers sitting at the table could gather up all the numbers. I was also placed on "hold" one time I called when they had multiple calls. "Hold" means that they put the phone on the counter and do not actually place you on hold. I could hear the entire order of the other person ordering in addition to their credit card numbers that were given because the female clerk was reading the numbers/information back to the caller. Beware of giving your credit card number to the clerk as she reads it aloud. If you do, remind her not to read it back!!!

I have to admit....the food is really good. Which is why we gave them another try after boycotting them for a couple years because of a prior poor service issue. Whoever Jojo is, its clear she doesnt give a damn about customer service. Besides being argumentative and talking over people that are trying to explain the circumstances she is out right rude. It appears to me on more than one occasion, that they are happy to throw their hands up in the air and say to heck with you. If youre placing a small order youll probably be ok but DO NOT confuse them with an order over 50.00. Its a shame because if their customer service was even marginally in line with most small businesses I would easily have rated them 5 stars.

This place is terrible. I waited an hour and a half nearly two hours for an order for two people that was supposed to take maximum of 40 minutes. I called one hour after I placed my order and they said ten more minutes. Called again an hour and a half into waiting and asked to speak to a manager, while trying to speak to the guy he kept interrupting me hung up on me. So I called back asked to speak to someone above him the woman who claimed to be the owner said oh you will have $5 off next time no apology, nothing. Needless to say there wont be a next time.

Amazing! There 3 different Chinese places on my street, 1 of which is this one and sadly I tried the other 2 first. But I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and the quality and quantity of the food. I bought 4 things (all small portions) for only $23 plus a free small white rice and let me tell you the portions are huge definitely enough to feed max 3 people. Im definitely ordering from here again. And not to be mean or anything but the people who answer actually speak English ! Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! Ive never been happier with chinese take-out before. Typically the food is either dull, undercooked, soggy, flavorless or all of the above. Im impressed at how quickly they can whip out food and still have it taste like its been marinating in sauce all day. Plus, the main woman there is super sweet. The portions are already large, but she has a tendency of putting a little extra meat for her regulars =)

go to mason wok down the road!!! much better then this place. no 1 china has no costumer service skills. by far rudest chinese place in the area. they never say please or thank you. food was awful tonight. rubber chicken and paper tasting spring rolls anyone? oh and if you order crab rangoon dont expect it to come with any dipping sauce??

My favorite Chinese place in the area. We order every week. The general tso chicken is excellent. The chicken wings are the best, gotta try them. There are so many good foods. Weve tried almost everything and like everything. The service is friendly and the delivery is fast. I always recommend my friends to this place.

Best place to get Chinese in the montgomery/aurora/oswego area, not only do they add extra meat or onion or whatever i want but the little chinese lady will give a little more to her regulars. Since they remodeled the place i like to dine in and enjoy my chop suey. definitely my favorite friday night place

This place is pretty darn good. I am on the hunt for the best Chinese food in the area. This is not it, but its a solid choice. My main criticism is the crab rangoon. I get that at every one, this was among the more disappointing rangoons. All in all solid choice, wont be your favorite though.

Their General Tsos chicken is the best ive had and they will "add spicy" to it if you like it with more heat. Dipping there crab rangoons in the sweet and sour is amazing. I havent had much other of their menu but my other family members have and this is the place to go in the area for chinese hands down.

Only place I used to go for Chinese was in Yorkville(Im real picky about Chinese food), but decided to stop by this place and check it out, and omg their food is on point! really good stuff! been craving it all week.very good prices as well.wont be dissappointed. had to give credit were its due.

Staff is a bit rude, no please or thank you. Makes you feel like they are doing you a favor ordering their food. Ordered shrimp egg foo young and got chicken egg foo young. The lack of basic customer service is what will keep me from ordering for a while. Food was "meah".

This place is dirty and runned down, and the owner is rude. Dont trust there food because Ive witnessed bugs crawling in there bathrooms, just imagine if that got into your food. The bugs must be coming from the water damage in their bathrooms. Just avoid if possible..

This is not Chinese, this is pre made Americanized crap. i have had better general Tsos chicken and egg rolls from the frozen foods section at the grocery store. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Chicken so tough we could barely chew it and mystery meat in the lo mein. Even the rice was dry and odd tasting. We ended up throwing out almost all of our $35 order.
