I have no idea what the negative reviews are about; my boyfriend and I are here on almost a weekly (sometimes twice/three times a week) basis ranging from morning to night, and the wait staff has always been friendly, attentive, and helpful! Weve had several different waitresses, and every single one of them has been prompt with a sincere smile on their faces. When our drinks are halfway to near empty, they check on us (which is usually standard, but most places sadly dont adhere to this policy), and they arent pushy salespeople as a lot of waitstaff at other family-owned facilities are. They do a great job of being a pool hall and a bar, and I also see families playing pool in the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a positive atmosphere, and they listen to their guests and try to incorporate their community with their different pool events, karaoke nights, etc. Just today we went to there just to shoot some pool, maybe have a couple beers, and the waitress just made us feel so welcome. One of the regulars that were there "paid it forward" and got us a round of pool and two appetizers on them, and it was completely out of the blue and unexpected. The gentleman that paid it forward to us is a regular there, and just the people who go there as well are also almost family-oriented and considerate to those around them. The first couple times my boyfriend and I went, our pool table was giving us a little trouble - I blame my bad luck on that one! - and the waitstaff was extremely motivated and quick with helping us every time our balls got stuck, but the regulars there also were quick to help us out. A time where we felt we were inconveniencing them, they (the regulars and the waitstaff) made us their priority. We only started coming here for a couple months, but I can say from the months weve been here - weve only seen great service delivered by nice people in a friendly atmosphere that gives guests a satisfying pool hall/bar experience.

I go to Diamonds more than a few times a week & never have I had any problems. The staff is amazing. Bouncers, servers, and bartenders are always friendly and happy to serve you ! Its an amazing atmosphere and Ive met many amazing people there and made some new friends. Jen makes amazing drinks ! Theresa is always friendly and smiling. Cynthia, Julie, & Chelsey are my favorite servers. They are always on top of mine and my friends orders and always check on us to make sure were doing okay. Pool is affordable and fun to play ! Diamonds is awesome and a great place to hangout and I always recommend to my friends and people in the area to check it out ! Love this place !!! Quick comment about Jennifers post - I was standing outside smoking when you guys showed up. Not one person made a single racisr remark. The bouncer & owner simply asked to see some valid ID & some got offended and upset. & proceeded to cause a scene when they left. The business did nothing wrong! They card everyone. Even people who go there multiple times a week (myself included).

If your are looking to play pool and have a few laughs this might be the place. They have a huge selection of tables in both regulation and bar size. Bring your own cue because their selection of house cues have seen better days. The food is nothing to rave about and the service is even worse. Not only is the wait staff unattentive they are dressed very trashy. I have visited Diamonds on a few separate occasions at different hours of the day and it seems to be the same experiance everytime. But if you are not to thirsty or hungry and simply looking to shoot a few games this is your place.

Horrible owners and treatment of individuals with disabilities. When I asked for assistance the owner Nick told me it was not his problem that the establishment did not offer reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities for getting onto the bar stools, he then began to demean and threaten me in front of his employees and customers. Furthermore, he said that because of my attitude and concern that security was going to escort me out and the police would be called. DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS DISABLED, HANDICAP.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. Was threatened by the band that was setting up their stage less than 2 feet from the table that we were playing on. After talking with the owner about the multiple problems we experienced, he ended the conversation with "Are you a professional player? Then why should I care?" and walked off. I have never had an owner of an establishment talk to me that way in my life. I will never return to this establishment again.

Stopped in on a Friday night to meet up with my husband and friends who arrived ahead of me. The atmosphere is nice, and the bouncer was super sweet, but the waitresses were...for lack of a better word here...disgraceful. Couldnt get an order right, took away half full beers while my friends took turns playing...and didnt even come up and ask me if I wanted/needed anything. I wouldnt return.

Ive been to diamonds a lot in the past few months. Staff are friendly, and very interested in how their customers feel and making sure they are satisfied. Ive never had a bad experience here. They always have good music playing, a great atmosphere to meet and have a few drinks with some friends. I dont or wouldnt ever have anything bad to say about the place !

The mangers and staff are racist, they ignorant and rude!! They dont accept blank veterans or bikers. They turned alot of bikers away for their color. The bikers were a mixed crowd between whites, blacks and Hispanic. They were stopped at the door and wasnt allowed entry. Its was 15 bikers that they lost in business.

Honestly, I want this to be my scene. It has a ton of pool tables, great space and a great sound system. The security is good and the staff is both efficient and kind. However I dont drink, and this place has a full bar. The business has a good atmosphere if that is what you are looking for.

I took my teenage son and his friend to Diamonds for dinner. The place is full of pool tables, air hockey, darts, pinball machines and much more. This kept them occupied. The food was excellent and the prices are good. Also, everyday there is a daily special . We will definitely be back

Amazing food, great craft beer selection, moderately priced. Could not believe the craft beers prices; Amazing!!! Great atmosphere, awesome service, with a decent amount of entertainment: pool tables, darts, slots, video games, etc. Will definitely be back!!!

Ordered Italian beef the bread was tuff the beef was grizzly and terrible tasting the fries were greasy I tasted the food could not eat it they didnt offer me any kind of refund I sent the food back finish my beer went somewhere else to eat

Was told by my cousin to stop on by this great place. He said, "Great people, great beer, and great food. Definitely get the wings!!!" By far the worst wings Ive ever had in my entire life.

Great bar! I love coming here to have a few beers with my buddies. Never had a bad experience here ! I would recommend for a Friday and Saturday for a few beers and Some pool come on by !
