We keep trying guys...we keep trying..Service is usually really bad...food is good, but tonight I called to place an order for pickup...girl was snotty when she answered and put me on hold for 8 minutes.... I hung up and called back and same girl (one of the regular evening workers) picked up again with an attitude. Honestly sounded like I was bothering her...I asked if she was "too" busy to take my order and she hung up on me...I called a different pace and they gladly and politely took my order and will get my 60 bucks...cmon Ronnie, good food, good atmosphere usually, but the staff needs help!

Iron Horse has changed a lot since it changed ownership and became IronHorse initially. Their menu use to be much more extensive than it is today. That being said I believe they made the right choice. The burger I ordered was perfect, perhaps the best burger in Lockport. I use to dred when Id get asked if I wanted to eat here but now its one of the few local spots I look forward to visiting.

2 stars for FOOD and ATMOSPHERE only, fantastic bar with lots of tvs great food and fun people. SERVICE was a nightmare, had to ask for waitress twice and had to ask same person to tell her to close my tab. I may return once to see how it goes but I can get better service at the tilted kit with equal food and wayyy better service!

Went here for a kids birthday party. It wasnt too bad. Its nice that the rented room has its own separate entrance so we didnt have to worry about kids being around the bar.
