I find this place pretty gross. When i walked in, the waiting area and register look very clean and nice enough. It was when I was seated I noticed all of the cons. My table was sticky/tacky, the walls were splattered with food/sauce/drink, the seats were torn up. There were carpets, which always makes ZERO sense to me in a restaurant- but they looked okay. When I got up to wash my hands I kept slipping on the floor, I was able to see there was a greasy sheen on the "mopped floors". Either they are using dirty water or they arent using very much soap to clean their tabletops/ floors. Bathrooms were gross, uncared for, greasy floors, the sink tops were filthy. Now to the food.... Its just MEH. Everything seems just a little too salty, cooked in oil at high temps for short periods of time. This makes sense, as this place seems to have a really high demand; it was pretty busy the entire time I was there. The hot and sour soup was good, as was the white rice ( a bit on the hard side tbh), but nothing noteworthy. All in all the food is mediocre and the establishment is subpar due to lack of cleanliness. For $37 for 3 people I wont go back again, I could easily take my money and go somewhere where the place is cleaner.

I do not write reviews unless I am extremely impressed or or extremely dissatisfied. I went there and there was a strange cockroach looking bug on the buffet by the food. I kid you not! I am so freaked out I make my family stop eating and tell the manager immediately. I did not make a scene (I guess, I should have). I just said I wanted a refund and to leave but they said that I ate food already and they only discounted me. The manager even found the bug I was grossed out about and killed it. Then continued to tell me that they need to spray the restaurant. Just by the way he responded, I know this isnt the first time this has happened. Extremely unsanitary! Along with lazy staff. I will NEVER go there again! Maybe if the staff wasnt so lazy and, idk, actually did some work, like wiping tables, sweeping/mopping the floor, etc. then maybe they wouldnt have bugs in their restaurant. SHAME ON YOU!

Its a nice place, but I prefer when I serve myself on everything without a waiter :). The waiters are nice, but it takes me less time to serve myself on my lunch time at work. Of course its friendly when you see a sign says "Wait to be seated!" and then being escorted by the waiter to ask you "What would you like to drink". After waiting for the waiter to come with the drink, now you can go to pick what you want to eat and then wait for the waiter to bring you the check, pay with a credit card, and wait again for the waiter to bring you the invoice to sign :). I prefer the ones where you pay first and then you get your seat. Its a nice place though.

This is our 3rd time eating at Hibachi Grill and weve been happy with each visit. The restaurant is clean, the staff attentive and food fresh. Youll enjoy the wide selection of choices as well as options for the more finicky of eaters. The sushi is very fresh and most times made right in front of you. The hibachi grill is good but more options for sauces would make it perfect, however the true flavors of your custom selections shine thru. Great dessert choices but we are usually too full to partake. Once youve visited youll be sure to come back. Be aware the tables fill up fast at lunch so get there before the noon rush.

I just got there on May 27,2015, to get my lunch to go, and 2 guys sitting on the counter playing there phone, they dont care at all, so i just grab my own to go plate and get in, coz they are busy playing on there phone...and when i get back on the counter to pay my food to go, they are still playing and they ignore me for a couple seconds to finish there game, so i told them, lets go,,,i need to pay..and thats the only time they moved and ring me up.......very-very-very poor customer service... its just a walking distance my from my office, so i go there at least 2 times a month,,,poor, poor customer service

Large assortment on hot buffet which includes sushi, frog legs, broiled salmon, broiled white fish, wings, clams, shrimp (fried & boiled-seasoned) bbq ribs, roast, pizza, soups, spring rolls, egg rolls, white rice, yellow rice, fried rice, bread, veggies including fried okra, onion rings, large salad area, fruits, etc. I was there Saturday night & enjoyed the sushi. The rolls included, raw tuna, raw salmon, eal, imitation crab, veggie & plenty more. Didnt make it to dessert bar, was too full. All for $13.85 including drink. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Dont waste your money!! Took two days to get rid of headache- check your blood pressure before you go and check again after you are done eating the Buffett. I believe they use MSG- waiters dont speak good English but they expect tip from you for their lousy service. You are at Buffett so why you are tipping the waiter for crappy service unless you have extra cash. I am not going back I will rather go to Panda Express or Yus Mandarin in Schaumburg - where food quality is guarantee.

Called to see what time they were open to before going. We got there at 8:30. Hour before closing. Everything was cold and old tasting. Hibachi grill was good because they obviously make it right there in front of you. The waiter was good at refilling our drinks. I did ask for crab legs was told 5 minutes and never did receive them. Brought this up when we were leaving and got a whopping $15 off our bill. Oh and the pudding and desserts were warm not chilled at all!

Usually come here from Aurora with my boyfriend often but after todays experience we will never come back! I saw a cockroach come out from the noodle station by the sushi and it went under another food station. I let the "manager" (Guy in black square glasses) know and his response was "Sorry about that" & still went ahead to charge me! Now, Im pregnant and try to avoid stressing so I paid but I left in disgust with the employees as well as the cleanliness there.

I dont usually give a bad rating to places I like to give a good rating in fact I never gave a one star to any place BUT... This Chinese buffet is the poster child for horrible food, Glendale Hghts must have poor Heath Code inforcement for there eating establishments the service, cleanliness , and Price a Trifecta of bad Stay far away from this place $43 dollars for three people .

Food: Its good but nothing crazy to write home about. It is a buffet and buffets are usually just average. If your looking for a quantity food over quality, this will be good. Service: Nonexistent. Waiter brought the bill and that was it. Atmosphere: Bland and boring. Overall just an average place. I read reviews and wanted to see for myself. I wont be going back again.
