Ive been here before and was looking forward to corn tortilla tacos to satisfy my craving for them. The server got to us quickly but the food came out not five minutes after we (my fiance and myself) had ordered. The food was luke warm like it had been nuked and dripping with grease/oil so much so it saturated the entire plate. Not only that it tasted nothing like the corn tortilla it was advertised to be, it tasted like a flour one from your local grocery store. It was so bad and oily that we had not even finished before we started feeling sick and wanting to throw up. It took over 30 minutes for the man to bring the check just so we could leave, only to find out that we had to pay extra because he forgot to put sour cream on one of our tacos so we had an "extra side of sour cream" to pay for. When we polity tried to tell them to watch the quality of their food because we were feeling sick he looked offended and told us he was sorry but he worked for himself (no idea what he was talking about) and charged us full price anyway. Will not be going back there to eat there ever and advise you to do the same seeing as 12 hours later my fiance is still feeling sick.

I was there last Friday. Over all i am not happy to spend about $60 for steak and chicken fajita, and the one which is for 2.and the portion is really really not enough for just one .we pay for this plate $28 . This plate was full of green pepper and onions .and when i orderd it i told the waitress to put very easy green peppers and onions. Beside the food was not good. Sorry to say this review, but really i feel disappointed. And how you give the bill to a customer and he didnt ask for it this kind of rude and they let me feel just get out. I will never for sure go back there, i will not recommend this place for any one . And i will tell all who i now about my experience.

Atmosphere and tequila. I am a big fan of local owned businesses in this age of the corporate Borg. LaCampana feels like dining with family. The decor, including the goldfish in the fountain is simply cool. My favorite dishes are the guacamole ( hand made ) and the spinach enchiladas. Dining areas compliment family dining, or first date and the bar is simple and cozy. And yes the bar has a vast tequila selection, order a margarita relax. Seriously, they are good. Alternatively, pick up take out and be a hero coming home with a bag (or three) awesomeness.

My boyfriend and I were visiting the area and we decided to try out La Campaña for the first time. We wanted to try out something new, filling and somewhat homemade. It turned out to be the perfect food choice! Not only was the food delicious but we were also attended very well by Dani. He was very attentive, polite and we were served very quickly. I am a very picky eater (to say the least) so giving this place 5 stars says a lot...Happy customers :)

When first walk in, storage boxes stacked in different places. Looked really bad. Food was not fresh, not very good. My fajitas didnt come out "sizzling" as usual..just like microwaved. And to top everything off, we didnt get an itemized bill! Never, ever seen that before. Just a receipt with the total. Crazy. Would never go back here.

We have lived in the neighborhood where La Campana is for more than 5 years now, and today was our first time to eat in La Campana. By golly, the place was stunning, and it truly resonates the "authenticness" of the place. The food was so delicious, and the price is just right. For sure, we would come back again.

Bad, since you enter a completely Mexican restaurant and bothered to speak Spanish that bad, super salty food, their undercooked meats and dishes lousy seafood and poor presentation of dishes, if you order shrimp order two dishes because one noo manage savor the camarón

La Campana is my favorite local Mexican restaurant. They serve some great asada. Also their chips and salsa is out of this world. While the food and drink is excellent, parking can be a challenge during normal busy hours. Even more so when snow is plowed into the much needed parking spots.

The food was excellent!! The best around. After dinning in and tasting there food. I had to order more food to go. Very please with the service , the restaurant was very clean and had a touch of the Mexican authentication. You need to get up and go:-)

The beans and rice were not authentic at all. Our order was botched and although they made right by comping it after it was corrected, we were already annoyed. Dont think I would ever make an effort to come here again. There are far too many choices.

We visited on a Saturday evening and while the place was busy, we were seated almost immediately. The service was very fast and the food was outstanding. We had the guacamole, empanadas and carnitas tacos and everything was outstanding.

My friends and I now make La Campana a regular stop for great mexican food and magaritas. Of all the Mexican restaurants Ive been to, this is by far my favorite! You cant go wrong with the food, service or atomosphere. Enjoy!

Delicious mojitos!! Wonderful service and delicious food! Everyone smiles at you and makes you feel very welcome to be there. My friend said the horchata was awesome as well. The decor is gorgeous and I cant wait to go back!

If you want authentic Mexican food in the Bloomingdale area, this is your place. The fajitas are tasty, the drinks are ice cold, and the dining area is somehow staffed by a wonderful group of servers. The price is right.

This place is about as authentic as you can get around this area. The food is quality and priced right. The drinks are delicious. I recommend any of thier margaritas. You get chips and salsa with the meal.

Food was good. Just make sure if youre going on the weekend to pickup something to eat at Burger King or McDonalds so you have something to eat while youre waiting for your order to get brought to your table.

Our waiter seemed irritated with us because it took us a few minutes to situate our baby in the high chair. I ordered a Taco Salad with chicken. The chicken had no flavor. It tasted like tuna out of a can.

Service was great, tequila options were impressive, the shovel for my fajitas meats and veggies was interesting. Not sure though that price matched quality, but I guess thats why they have exotics tequila.
