I heard about this hidden treasure from a friend. What a wonderful place! The sandwiches and soups are really the best. The staff and owner make you feel like family. If you are really hungry you might be able to finish a full sandwich. They offer half sandwiches with soup or sides that will surely satisfy. Full sandwiches are good for two meals. You will never find more meat on a sandwich anywhere in the area! My friend loves their BLT. I am a big guy, but it is soooo thick I could not believe it. One sandwich provided 3 meals! Two lunches, and with so much Bacon I made a breakfast with eggs to boot. Located on a side street, it is definitely a destination business built by word of mouth. Try it and you will be pleased.

Got a huge and delicious corned beef sandwich and a large and hearty cream of chicken soup with wild rice for under $10. Apparently they are only open during lunch hours, and there are only 5 or 6 tables but it was not crowded. Im surprised that there were not more people there considering the quality and the prices, but Im not complaining as its worth the 15 minute drive from my office to get a delicious sandwich like that again. NOTE: They dont take credit cards, so bring cash.

This place has what you need: Sizable Portions Fresh Ingredients Stable Staff Quick service I would try to call in advance, lunch tends to have a wait time of 5-10 minutes to order when you walk in. **They take credit cards - $7 minimum - so be ready to spend. Its a small place, with a small-town feel, and it feels like home. Enjoy everything you can - they dont make places like this anymore.

drove to the deli got there at 1130am and they were out of the corn beef sandwiches they just opened at 11am they only had dinners left this was my first time visit there i should of called first but i didnt think they would run out of corn beef sandwiches in a half hour on st patricks day march 17 2016

We have been happy customers for over 10 years. Tim and staff do an excellent job preparing delicious food at a reasonable price. We have used them regularly for luncheons, paydate treats, and BBQs. Tim is "All Ways" coming up with new dishes and pastries to delight the palate!

Best sandwiches around. Soups are excellent also. Service is great and the staff are some of the friendliest people around. Sandwiches are huge. Not sure how they make any money. Try the hot corned beef and a cream of broccoli soup........nothing better.

I went there today. Mediocre service. Waaaay too much beef on the sandwich...didnt seem fresh, very expensive for a deli. And since when is there corn and peas in chicken noodle soup? So glad I didnt take a bite without seeing that....severe allergies...

Best roast beef sandwich Ive ever had. Best part is: the sandwich was huge.. I could only eat half of it. Price was very reasonable and Staff was extremely friendly. Only bad part was the Indiana Hoosiers banner hanging, but Ill let that slide.

First time Ive ever said "too much bacon". And i felt bad about it. On fridays they have a BLT with jaw breaking amounts of bacon. I love it. Soups are awesome and all sandwiches are great and huge.
