I have no idea who runs this place, but my advice to them is: get out of the restaurant business. This is one of the most terribly disorganized establishments I have EVER been to. Service was painfully slow. The girl at the bar who served us was the single most rude person I have ever been served by. Which is all a shame, because the Bloody Mary my friend had wasnt half bad and the tuna melt I ordered was decent. Final thoughts: the restaurant business can be stressful and emotionally/mentally draining on servers and bartenders. Trust me, Im a server myself. However, you should never take your anger/frustrations out on your customers. That girl who served us did just that. We still tipped her well despite all this since 3 of the 4 in our group are industry people. We did leave her notes on the credit card slips with some advice; hopefully she took it.

Good food with a choice of atmosphere. The Reuben is incredible. The Cob Salad is also a winner. Also very good coffee. Service is slow, but thats okay. You can enjoy east porch and expanse of the green lawn of the Golf Course. Relax in the peace and quiet from the grind of the City. The inside is air-conditioned with lots of TVs for the sports fans. The west porch has the view of the baseball fields and high-rises. There is something for everyone. At the beginning of summer, they have a slow start at getting organized, but they get it together eventually. Been there 5 times already, and summer is just beginning.

I liked this place. I got the special which was this spicy Italian grinder with fries (which were really good). Beer here is very pricey, but they had pretty good liquor deals (I think $3 or $4 call drinks). It is also right along the Lake Shore Trail so it is a nice place to stop by when biking. Ill probably hit it up again during one of my adventures.

The Clock Tower Cafe under the leadership of Charlie is a great place to stop after or before your round. Charlie runs a great little diamond in the rough and I find that Charlie personally takes the time to accommodate his guests. the food and drink specials are just another bonus on top of the view.

Wasnt thrilled with the tuna wrap. It was a bit dry. Needs some more mayo or a sauce of some sort. Chicken Caesar wrap was really good. Lemonade was on point. Unsure if Id go again, but more than likely I would for easy date night.

Great place for a beer and some good food after and before hitting the greens. And our bartender Scott was super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely coming back

Great place but too many golfers with golf carts plus there is a homeless people that basically make the clock tower bathroom unusable
