HORRIBLE customer service! My friends and I dined in and customers who came and placed their orders after us were served while we had to ask to be served everything. We waited over an hour to be served. When our soups finally came they were cold. My friend sent hers back and asked for it to be reheated. It never came back. And our main dishes also never came. They tried to charge for the soup that was returned and tried to blame the poor service on limited staff. Yet, we arrived before the venue became busy and everyone else was eating except for us. A large group came 30 minutes after us and were served the appetizers we ordered. At this point we just paid for the appetizers we did receive and left. Race was definitely and issue for this establishment. Despite the poor treatment and dine in experience we were not rude to them but they definitely need to improve their customer service and treat all customers equally. I will NEVER go back there again!

I am Czech and love my duck. I was completely surprised by the excellent duck served at Bangkok Thai. My experience at other Thai restaurants was that the pieces of duck were small and not very meaty. The opposite was true at Bangkok Thai-large meaty pieces of duck meat, wonderfully cooked, were served in their Duck Curry. My friends and family were not disappointed in any of the other dishes they ordered-from potstickers to vegetarian dumplings, from Tom Kha soup to Pad Thai and Pad See Eew. A wonderful Thai restaurant!!

This is absolutely the B E S T Thai food weve ever eaten, and we eat Thai food a lot. Their dishes are creative, beautifully presented, and soooooo yummy. Their Bangkok Thai Noodle dish is our favorite. Never busy, always easy to eat there. Great prices. We love it.
