First of all, my family and I LOVE Chick-fil-A. Ive been to numerous restaurants in several states. The Skokie location is closer to home and we were very excited when it opened. Its been several weeks since opening and while there probably should be growing pains...they have several issues they need to work out. I have been in here 4 different times and each time the dining room has been a mess. Tables are not being cleaned even though they have numerous employees working - many of which appear to be standing around and not doing anything. One occasion almost ALL the tables were dirty and few customers eating in the dining room. Customer service is slow (again maybe since they are new its a learning curve?) 2 cashiers working but a line took forever to get through....again with other employees standing around. One of them looked to be a manager by her different dress. She stood behind the cashiers and appeared to be washing her hands for the entire time I was in line. Perhaps she could have stepped up and assisted by opening another register and alleviate the line? But of all Chick-fil-As Ive visited its never taken almost 20 mins for food to be brought to our table. Lastly we had an issue with order correctness (and from talking with friends they have experienced this as well). My wife and son ordered food in drive-through for 3 people and brought it home. When she got home she 3 orders of fries and NO chicken at all (We should have checked the bags before leaving and thats on us). Tried calling 3 times...no answer. She drives back there and goes inside...waits in line and explains the problem. The manager gives her the 3 missing boxes of tenders with an apology (and thats it). She gets home and what do you know...all three boxes are missing a tender. Called back and this time manager(?) offered three boxes upon next visit and took name. Again - LOVE Chick-fil-A and hope the Skokie location is just going through opening pains.

Have been frequenting a very busy Chik-Fil-A in St. Pete, Florida (Tyrone location) all winter. The chicken sandwich is delicious and the service always impeccable. Was very excited to finally have a Chik-Fil-A location in Skokie. Went on Saturday night around 7 p.m. The drive through was very busy so opted to go in to eat. There were plenty of open tables but everything looked dirty. The floor needed sweeping and washing. Food came out relatively quickly and was okay but it was not quite as good as we had experienced in Florida. The sandwich and fries were a little cold and the bun tasted stale. Thought I Remembered the bun in Florida being toasted on the inside which added a level of flavor. Will try this location again and hopefully they will work out some of the kinks and I will enjoy it as much as before!

This has got to be the worst chick fil a ever. I went inside to order my food and waited almost 15 minutes and my food wasnt ready. While other customer that ordered their food after me got their food. I ask to speak to a manager and all she said was that they have to make my food. I then replied that they have to make other customers food too. She didnt even attempt to go see why my food was taking so long. Ive been to a lot of chick fil a and the ones in downtown is 10 times as busy as this location and I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes for my food. I would never come back to this location even though this is the only one in the area. If I can give this location 0 stars I would.

AWFUL. My coworker ordered lunch for everyone and for my portion they gave me the drink and fries, but forgot my sandwich. This is the second time this month they have forgot something. Last time they forgot something and got something incorrectly. I have never had an issue with Chick-FIL-A, I just absolutely dislike this location. We have tried calling them for the last hour but their phone doesnt work. It tells your their times and says to speak to a manager press 1 or press 2 for catering BUT when you press either they say that is an invalid option. Needless to say, if you order carry out or go through the drive thru MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT. Dont leave the property.

I went through the drive through at 6:12 on Tuesday July 25th. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with buffalo, Chick-fil-A and honey mustard sauce. (They didnt give me the honey muatard sauce) Got home to eat. Ripped one of my sandwiches in half to dunk it in the sauce they actually gave me and a NASTY YELLOWISH FINGER NAIL FELL OUT!!!!!!! Worst food experience in my 25 years of living!!!!!! Only thing they offered was to give me 2 sandwiches in the same location when I called to tell them. Why would I want a sandwich from the location that gave me a finger nail in my food?????? I wish I could post pictures that I took....still waiting to hear from corporate

Having grown up on Chick-fil-A in Texas, it makes my heart sing to see another location open up near me. And while it was incredibly visit on our trip last night, the employees were still very friendly and helpful. The original sandwich tasted spot on and the waffle fries were as delicious as I remember. Plus they even have a kids playground here for the little ones. Id say be prepared for some inevitable first month chaos as they work out the kinks and get the employees trained. And brace yourself for the crowds as theres no end of true believers apparently in Skokie. But that said, its delicious. Its satisfying. Its Chick-fil-A!

So, I didnt have charge in my phone and got lost. I stepped by Chick Fill A in Lombard, IL for the first time. A very nice lady who is an employee there helped me out. Her name is Joanna She gave me a charger and treated me so nicely. Also, another nice employee named Kris did a very nice job welcoming me in. I really dont know how to explain how much thankful I am that God has put such friendly and blessed people in my way to help me out. Thank you Chick Fill A and big thanks to the great lady working there(Joanna) and to (Kris). What a great customer service!

Great Food, but not very good on getting the order right. Maybe I should cut them some slack as they only opened a month ago, but out of the 6 times I have been there already (I love CFA) they have consistently messed up my order half of the time. Pickles when I ask for none; no cheese when I asked to add it; and now a spicy filet when I order a Chicken, Egg and Cheese Bagel. Please get your act together.

Absolutely shocking service! I waited for 25 minutes for my order and it wasnt lunch hour either. There were at least 15 employees on floor but half of them were standing to side laughing and joking. I ended up leaving before I received my order because I was running late for a docs appointment. Will definitely NOT be coming back again and I plan to file a complaint with corporate.

This is my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was excellent, juicy and full of flavor. The Chick-fil-A sauce was great. I thought the waffle fries were okay, nothing special. The people were great. Super helpful and friendly. They take Android Pay... Bicycling: Skokie Blvd is not a great street to cycle. I dont remember any outdoor seating.
