They got my order wrong 4 times... FOUR DAMN TIMES. I Understand once, maybe even twice but FOUR????? I ordered 3 breakfast crunch wraps, NO MEAT, but everything else on it and a large ice coffee coffee cream and extra sugar. The first time I got 3 bacon crunch wraps and a large hot black coffee. Second time I got 2 crunch wraps one bacon one sausage and the same large hot black coffee. Third time I got only 2 crunch wraps, done correctly but missing a third wrap and my coffee. Went up to the counter for the FOURTH time and asked for my crunch wrap and my large ICED coffee with cream and extra sugar. The people in the back had the audacity to say "shes up here again". Yes I AM UP HERE AGAIN because apparently my order is so difficult that no one working there can get it right. And yet I STILL remained polite and courteous, because #1 I was raised to always be respectful and #2 maybe they were having a bad day. I asked for my remaining items and went back to take a seat. They AGAIN gave me 1 large hot black coffee and just threw ice cubes in the styrofoam cup! That is NOT an Iced coffee. I was FED up at this point, it wasnt even busy. I used to work in fast food and it is not that hard. There is no good explanation for getting my order wrong 4 times and still acting like IM inconveniencing YOU, when in reality its the other way around. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too. Teach the employees some manners and how to listen and pay attention. I will not be spending my money here, and I will tell others to avoid this location at all costs.

Waited 45 min in the drive-thru, only to get my order wrong. Then i went inside to speak to the manager, took manager 13 mins exactly to come out. Manager came up front, took the order back, gave me my money back and walked away, without saying a word. I called the manager back very politely and asked why he did that, the only answer he can give was, everyones order is wrong and our entire crew is new there is nothing I can do. The manager then turned around and walked away again. I wasnt the only one standing there, there were 3 other customers with the same issue. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

Terrible, slow service! They dont even remotely care if they have customers or not they just want you to go away so they can sit around smoke, eat and talk. I pay for extra cheese on tacos but dont get it, and most of the time about 80% of the tacos are empty with just a sprinkle of beef, and lettuce at the bottom. Oh and one last thing I am not making this up this actually happened the last time I went there tell your barely literate, obese, drive thru worker to not hold up my food so she could flirt, not interested at all!

Staff is rude asf have you standing there for ever. Never have sauce out and when you ask they dont even look your way they shoot out a quick answer and then go back to their convo likes its more important. Service sucks food questionable cant ever get a meal right and restaurant in poor condition I have been coming here for years I have Never seen it clean and when I go through the drive thru horrible.

Pulled up to the drive through at 1:30am aware that they close at 2am. Nobody serviced me. I sat in the drive through almost a good 10 minutes scrolling on Facebook before deciding to pull off. There was a worker in the lot talking to somebody in a car a good amount of the time I was waiting and when she went inside I still received. I service.

Very poor customer service they always say thier out of stuff when thier not because they dont want to make it especially at night. And the drive thru seems always slow. Make sure to check your order before you pull off because it will be messed up which it shouldnt for as long as they have you waiting.

Cashier was laughing while taking my order in the drive thru and when I got my order it was incorrect and I was missing something from my order also. While pulling up to the window another cowoker was leaning over on her phone cracking jokes and giggling with the cashier. (Her name was Patricia .O)

I like stopping by this Taco Bell. Sometimes the drive-thru line can be long but theyre fast and efficient. The food is one of the best taco bells quality Ive had in the city of Chicago.
