With 2 tables full and 1 person at the bar we had to wait for 5 minutes for a CLEAN table, we sat down now being 3 whole tables with people. We watched as they cleaned empty tables before cleaning ours. Then it took another 10 minutes to have someone take our orders, at this time there were 3 waitresses and 3 tables with people and now 2 people at the bar. 25 minutes later we get half of our food that was cold. By the time we were done eating the first half we got the next 25% of our meal. Once we were done with that our bacon showed up, we had been done eating for 5 minutes and waiting on the check. Now I understand it coming up at different times, however I dont understand how the entire meal except for the meats come up until after everybodys done eating.. trash and food on the floor, and cold food... never again will i deal with this again

We went in there tonight at 10:15. The place was half empty so we chose a clean booth and sat down. Our waitress was Jeanette again. This was the second time in two weeks that we got HORRENDOUS SERVICE! Not only was out food brought late but it was cold and half raw! It took over 30 minutes for my waffle and another 30 minutes for 2 runny raw eggs that were supposed to be "over medium"! My husband ordered the Pork Chop Dinner and all they did was Brown it slightly and served that raw too. FOOD POISONING WAITING TO HAPPEN! In the meantime folks that came in way after we did were being served while we were waiting. I bet their waffles werent Cold and Soggy and barely cooked!

This restaurant has no courtesy for customers, i didnt like the tea and because I took a couple swallows of it the manager wouldnt extract it from the bill. One of the waitress was cutting cheese and handling the food with her bare hands. One of the cooks was sniffing like his nose was running and touched his nose with his bare hands while handling the food. It was a busy day and the greeter wasnt always in place to help the customer to a nice clean table. Over all this restaurant needs better, and l mean better management.

Saturday Aug 6, 2016 3:30pm leaving time - around 2:00pm arrival I had the best time here, were over the road coming from Chicago and i must say it a plesent experience. Clean environment, excellent service, timely food and acceptable food. If im to be completely honesty i did almost turn right away... Two ladies ending their shift very rudly hit me with the glass door full force and didnt even bother to stop and say sorry, my boyfriend convinced me to stay calm and try not to let it ruin my mood.

Called in an order, took forever to get through, finally did and was told it would take 20 minutes. Got there giving them plenty of time, an hour later still waiting, After being told by one girk that she would check on the order. Still waiting and decided to ask again. Finally another girl asks who took my order, and NO ONE THERE KNOWS IT WILL SPEAK UP. Not wanting to wait another freaking hour we left empty handed! Will never be back to this location! Service is garbage!

This a bad place to go food is good if you can get it wife and kids got food I ate it and my food was still not ready the lady just complained about being understaffed and it wasnt her fault never got a refill on drinks really bad service might go back but not when shes at work because she dont know whats going on this is like other people have said this gives Waffle Houses a bad name

The waitresses tonight were doing a lot of apologizing to customers including myself. The cook was doing a horrible job making orders correctly. They werent even busy. Maybe 4 tables and my order still took about 15 minutes to make. It was a simple order too. Worst hash browns Ive ever had at Waffle House. Everyone working there was loud and all they did was complain.

"If the cook is outside smoking a cigarette when you come to eat, you know its gonna be good." Popular spot for late nights. Very good hash browns. Tends to get hectic when they are busy, but just sit back, relax, and drink some coffee while you wait.

Food was standard Waffle House food, but the service was the best Ive ever had. Freda and Chasity are so sweet and so easy to talk to. I live six and a half hours away, but I would definitely drive that to come here.

This place gives all the other Waffle Houses a bad name. Extremely bad food and the only thing "good" about the service is they are prompt on the bill. I usually enjoy my visits to Waffle House but not this time.

I sure hope they get holiday pay because the place was packed on Christmas night and they waswith getting with it! Over half of them have been there scene 6 am. The food was good! And everybody nice!

Awful service, undercooked eggs and sausage. Maybe it was too early for them; about 4:30AM. I had been there before at later breakfast hours and a different shift of workers, and everything was ok.
