Very slow service and there was a hair in my sandwich. I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of when I was going to pick it up and called to let them know that I was coming to pick it up ahead of time. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and there were still 2 cars ahead of me so I went inside as I had somewhere else to be (hence why I called to make sure it would be ready). When I got inside, there were 4 employees and no one in line but no one even acknowledged me for another 5 minutes. Needless to say, my order wasnt ready so I asked for a refund. They gave me a refund and then asked me to wait while they made my sandwiches and gave them to me for free. At least I got them for free but I didnt get the soup I had ordered which was for my 2 year old and then there was a hair in my sandwich (which was a male hair, not mine). Not to mention that one of the guys who was making sandwiches kept wiping his hands on his pants (not the apron) which completely grossed me out. I eat at other Potbellys frequently and have never had near this many issues so I definitely recommend going to a different one.

Newly opened, this potbelly restaurant will delight you with its friendly staff, fast service, ample dining floor, and clean facilities. Stop by inside to grab a quick hearty sandwich or go through the drive-thru if youre in a hurry. They offer delivery too!
