I wouldnt even give it one star. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, and then another 35 minutes for our pizza. Why they dont take pre orders when you have to wait that long Ill never know. Our waitress was not attentive at all. We ordered the 147 pizza which was supposed to have carmelized onions, but when it came the onions were roasted crispy. It was also topped with so much oregano, thats all you could really taste. We had to ask for water when all of our glasses were empty. Terrible service and mediocre food. Will never go back and Ill be surprised if theyre still open a year from now.

Ordered take out. Pros: was reasonably priced, was on time. Cons: no plastics forks, no dressing for my salad, received the wrong salad, I ordered the chicken and dumplings soup...while I am grateful they clean their pots my soup tasted like pinesol. The pizza is missing its authentic flavor. Cant quite put my finger on it.

First once at the restaurant Got our pizza burn and waited 45 min for a chicken burger that ended up having hair on it I showed to server and she made a face and walk away Server was more in a rush and only came to our table 4 time Management said pizza will be removed on our bill but he did not I will never returne.

Too long of a wait even with open tables. Once seated, waited too long to order and to receive food. Its either understaffed or poor management. Servers seem lost and apologetic all night. Other locations are better or just go to Paisans. Pizza is good but this location does not deserve one star

So I place my order for an 11:15 pick up and the pizza is like cold and the crust is hard as a rock..... I try calling the back to the place only to get the an recording saying there close to piss..... For this cramp.....not a happy person right about now.....

Our server was perfect she was on point doing what she was suppose to and then some. The bartender wasnt helpful at ALL there were nets in one of our drinks she poured it out and started to make it over in the same glass WITHOUT rinsing it out

I love the HRI signature salad and this is the first time I got this salad with 99% greens and 1% garnish. I usually order this salad as a treat more than a healthy meal and I ended up paying $11 for a bagged green salad. Very disappointed.

Had a great experience! Celebrated my fathers 65th Birthday. The service was excellent. Very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Very impressed with this location. Will definitely be back again.

Quality and taste of food is good, but their prices are way higher Than Paisans Pizza on Ogden in Berwyn! You pay $10.00 more here for a 14" pizza with 2 ingredients, and Paisans pizza has also good quality/taste, but you pay less!!!

Servers are a little slow here I think it needs Improvement on the time it usually takes 5 minutes for them to get you a beer because the bar is always busy however the food is delicious its worth the wait and its worth the money to

Delicious food great service when I walked in here I knew it was going to be rated from me as 5 stars. I love the pizza and how its not just pizzas its also foods like beefs wings cheeseburger. I just love it a lot!!!!!

Great flavors and atmosphere. Rather small location so there is often a wait for a table. They do accept reservations so you may want to plan ahead. Otherwise this place is just as good as the original on 31st.

Awesome pizza joint that is located near our home. Its probably my favorite thin crust pizza in Chicago. Marlene was our waitress and she was extremely friendly and and helpful.
