This is hands down the absolute worst Panera I have ever been to in my entire life. Unfortunately I enjoy their food and it just so happens to be the only one on the way to my weekend job. Management is terrible, they take forever to serve you are completely inattentive and cannot even make their own sandwiches properly. On several occasions I have ordered a plain old ham and swiss sandwich with everything on it and they can never make it right even when I stress very strongly that they must put everything on the damn sandwich!!!!!!!!!!! I have had it with this place. Just today I literally ordered the ham sandwich and once the girl got done I made sure she put everything on there and then I sit down to eat and there is no friggin cheese on the thing!!!! BURN IN HELL PANERA ARLINGTON HEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It a sandwich your not splitting a friggin atom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of their workers have an AWFUL attitude. I should not be able to hear the complaints of the disgruntled employees making food. When I made a quick change in my order after paying and the cashier went to tell whoever was making my sandwich; I AUDIBLY heard them say that they "already made it so this is what theyre getting." Luckily the cashier put him in his place. Absolutely ridiculous, Ill go to a different location from now on.

Food is always good...but its recent change in music that prompts this review. I go there in the morning to relax with some coffee and a pastry before work. They used to play soft classical music...now its an awful mix of crummy jazz and motown, played much louder. Sorry, but my visits in the future will be limited.

I was having the worst day today, and Jackie made my visit very pleasent. We had a mishap with the computer, but she handled it very well. Ive worked in the food industry for 5+ years, and employees like her are the reason why customers will come back. Also, the food was great!

We walked in did not get acknowledged. Stood around and watched a guy take forever to make a coffee. Asked for the manager and she lazily walked over and asked "what do you want" after we just watched her stand and do nothing for minutes.

Walked in 11/6/2015 at 8 p.m. and am told they are out of pretty much every single bread. Uhh this is panera BREAD right? Go to the buffalo grove one if you want to be served.

Superfluous nice staff! I come in every Friday morning for a bible study and theyre nothing but kind. They remember my order and its always a nice way to start my day!

A long time ago we had the chicken soba, the broth is not what I expected it to be. It is different from the usual japanese ramen broth.

Wifi wasnt working. I know its a value added service, but its something Ive come to expect from Panera - wifi and my afternoon coffee.
