My three kids and I were invited to a birthday party at The Mill and were truly excited to attend. We had heard great things about The Mill. We arrived and a young cashier told me that kids were FREE for the party but adults had to pay. I wasnt very hungry so I declined paying for the buffet. We had arrived at the party late (due to rain) so all the other kids were off playing the arcade. Later on, the kids sang happy birthday to the birthday boy and decided they wanted to eat. My youngest (6 year old), wanted some pizza but I didnt want him to be burned by the hot metal...so I went up to the buffet with him and was placing a slice on his plate. The young cashier from earlier, came to me and asked "Did you pay for that pizza?" I looked at him and said I was getting pizza for my son and that I didnt appreciate him implying that I was stealing pizza. I told him I would be speaking with the manager/owner. There was another young man standing off in the background watching the entire interaction. So, when the cashier left and went in the back, the other young man followed him. I found another employee and asked for a manager. And guess who came out? The young man who had been observing the entire incident. The manager basically justified the cashiers questioning of me and I told him that it was unprofessional and that it wasnt good for his business to accuse patrons. I told him that I wasnt sitting down with a slice of pizza in my mouth. I was at the buffet assisting my son. The manager continued to justify his employees actions and this of course infuriated me. I told him that word of mouth is powerful, that I knew many people in our local community. I also told him that I had NEVER experienced this in all of my life. I know that I will NEVER return to the place and I basically dismissed the manager. I no longer desired to have a conversation with him because he was clearly very young and ignorant. For the duration of my time at The Mill, I sat at the table to guard the kids party favor bags and I saw the young cashier watching me. I guess to see if I would steal the plates or something. I am an Air Force veteran and my primary job dealt with servicing other military members and their family. I pride myself in having integrity and treating others with the utmost respect. Thus, I was appalled at the implication that I was trying to obtain FREE pizza (which by the way, looked visibly burned and the kids commented that the sauce tasted weird). I have been to CiCis pizza and NEVER been questioned in such a manner (and they are always packed full of folks). Overall, my first experience at The Mill will be my last. The kids enjoyed themselves and liked the cool things they saw like the Thomas the Train track above their heads (near the ceiling). They did not really like the pizza but the arcade kept them busy and cashing in tickets!!! They were upset that I had to endure what I did on our first visit to The Mill. Its sad that as a Valdosta native, military veteran and educated female that I was made to feel that I was untrustworthy because I was assisting my young son. My prayer is that these individuals will find another place of employment because ignorance, suspicion of patrons and personal biases will hinder this establishment from keeping their doors open!!!

There wasnt a large amount of options but we did arrive towards closing time so I cannot hold that against them. The arcade does a have a few games shut down. However what really made our night as parents was that a nice worker gave us some tokens to play games then later as we went up to the ticket booth, we questioned if we could save what we had for a later visit. He kindly answered but also handed out daughter some treats from the goodies they have. It was so sweet. Put a smile on our face. Not to mention we were the only customers left after closing and not once did they rush us out

My experience was. It to pleasant this evening. The gentleman said that it was 27 minutes before they closed. When I asked about the website stating they stay open until 10 PM. He stated that they stopped that back in December. He gladly took ourmoney for eight people . Then rushed us out- we were cordially kicked out! The pizza was fresh and hot because they had to cook pizzas due to there being very little on the bar. I would have preferred for them to advise us against coming in vs. being rushed out.

Great atmosphere & concept... Slightly lacking on execution however... Service is super slow, even though there were like 5 employees standing around & talking... Pizza wasnt changed out often & some had obviously been there a while (but they will make fresh, just ask)... Definitely the best indoor, kid friendly, game selection (think Cicis on massive steroids)... Salad bar (but cucumbers were a mixture of frozen mush)... If they just tweaked a few things be great!

Pizza buffet is "ok" at best. I personally think CiCis pizza taste better( thicker crust and fresher) and price is better. And Im still not sure why there was shredded room temp lettuce on the salad bar.Decor is nice and creative! Arcade area is wonderful and a great idea. However, prizes from tickets are way under par! We spent $15 and got roughly 4 bubblegum pieces,3 red hot candies, 3 dum dums and a laffy taffy!

Oh my, what can I say! We should have turned around & went back out the door! The noise level was deafening, pasta way over cooked & cold, pizza very oily, greasy & lukewarm (had to use a napkin to soak up oil), crust thin & very chewy-not good! Will not be back or recommend to others. Sorry! Kids seemed to be having fun. Its a glorified Chuckie Cheese place:/

Decent pizza, excellent pricing, fun decoration. Some arcade cabinets and machines were broken, though, and the Hawaiian pizza they offered tasted oddly sweet (maple syrup, maybe?) Definitely better than other pizza buffets in the area. Come here with friends, it doesnt seem like the best place to go alone.

No Stars, really. Daughters Birthday party, workers told us our time was up (early) . 1/2 into packing up manager said other kid was wrong, we had 20 more minutes. Need to get kids that can tell time and are not rude. Never again. Pizza tasted....out of a box anyway.

They have such a great selection of classic and new style pizzas. There are always plenty of toppings and cheese. It is also one of the more affordable buffets in town.

Great idea, but the building is too small and the college kids working here do not clean anything at all, but the kids had fun at a decent price so...

Not many pizza choices were out and nobody walks the floor to check on anyone. The arcade guy was the only nice person that would even acknowledge us
