DO NOT VISIT HERE! WAIST OF MONEY! Me and my husband have been here 3 times My first experience was about 2 years ago and we had a white pregnant waitress possibly early 20s she looked like she was about to pop, absolutely sweet amazing service. we were sitting in the back and I heard other servers talking such mean things about each other. Then my daughter ordered a kids grilled cheese and on the bottom of her grilled cheese there was a roach grilled in to the sand wich!!!!!!!!! When I took it back I seen a young boy with glasses yell at her we were sitting close enough to hear him being very ugly to her asking her why she would send it out like that and called her stupid. You would of had to flip the sandwich over to have seen the bug! They took off my daughters 1$ meal. HA Smh. She brought me the check. We went to pay and she said not to worry about it. It was on her and she hopes we have a wonderful night We then went to leave and an older woman possibly mid 40s in shorts and flip flops barges to the front and yells at our server telling her she has people up front little did she know the server she was yelling at just paid for our food. We were dissapointed in how they treated her and in what we found in our food. Our second visit. I refused to go back but my neice had a birthday there. So we went. This was about 6 months ago. We had a server named Jerry I remember because thats my husbands name. HORRIBLE SERVER THERE!!!! He was rude. And his clothes looked like he wore the same clothes all week so very dirty. We were sitting by the patio and couldnt help but notice our server eat what it looked like food he had just got off ANOTHER TABLE!!!!!!! Oh and it gets worse! My niece and them wanted to go out side to talk to a friend of theres who was sitting out side so I stood up to keep a good eye on them and I seen another server touching food moving it around and then she ate something off of the sizzling plate and then took it out to a table. Smh! When we were ordering our food the server charged us for chips and salsa 2 times when we had a party and only 4 baskets thats including the refills small baskets when our food took 45mins-hour to come out he then got an attitude when kimberlys food wasnt right so she had to wait another 20 minutes and not to mention this place charges for everything! Im suprised the water is for free! Mexican restaurants around Valdosta arent as stingy and over priced as this place is. My last forever visit to eltoreo. It was about a week ago i went with some girls from work. We walk in and no one wants to sit us literally no one we heard people yelling get the front get the front "no Im eating" arent you suppose to eat before work? a guy who wasnt even ready came up and took up no apron nothing. We sat down with chips and salsa and as Im talking to my friend i see 2 roaches crawling on the wall... I believe from experience this place is infested. As we ate our chips they were stale. We then got up and left. I wasnt planning on eating in the first place but I was upset the girls didnt get a good lunch. Working in the OR is draining. I usually dont write reviews and it is very easy to please me. But I have only been to this place 3 times and have horrible experience. I honestly dont see this place being opened much longer. Horrible service. The place isnt the cleanest and the servers are nasty bugs being found everywhere. Just so dissapointing.

Nasty. I do not know what happened to this place. It USED to be good. I went in on Sunday at 1:00 and it was mostly empty. This should have clued me in. I was there with my 13 and 17 year old sons (who can eat a LOT!) and my friend who was going back to Argentina. The chips were stale. The "waitress" could not understand when my son ordered in Spanish. She also could not understand what my friend was ordering (a quesadilla!). She never brought the bowl of jalapeños that was ordered. I ordered a chili relleno and have no clue what that puck thing was on my plate. I even had to pull it apart to search for any kind of pepper at all. My 17 year old, who will eat just about anything, could not eat his food. And I do not blame him. He ordered combo 13 and it looked like they poured some crap on the plate and then covered it in ground beef. This is the first time I have even seen him decide he could not finish a meal...instead he ate when we got home. When the "waitress" (and I refer to her as such because she kept sitting in the booth next to us chatting with people) asked if he wanted a box, I told her no because he cant eat it due to him saying it was disgusting. Her response? "Oh." No apology or offer to assist or even tell the manager. My silly son decided to then try the flan...and this was to be the final good-bye to my Argentinean friend. When it was brought we could not figure out what the heck it was. My friend just stared at it and said flan is not supposed to be scooped with chocolate and whipped cream. $4.50 and my son took one bite. I pushed a spoon into it and saw grease ooze out...I did not make him eat it. THEN we have the issue of payment. The "waitress" offered to take my check and money to the front. I was paying cash. Guess what. Never saw her again. She never brought my change back and never acknowledged us again. This place USED to be good. But I will now tell everyone to stay the heck away and hope it hurries and closes its doors so no one else has to deal with the nastiness and thievery of this location. And let me mention I am ticked that I can not rate this simply as poor or horrible. There is no "fair" to it.

DONT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! WE WERE HERE LAST NIGHT 05/01/2016 WE WERE TRAVELING THRU HERE GOING BACK HOME FROM FLORIDA. WE STOPPED HERE AND OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD IT WAS 7 OF US 4ADULTS 3KIDS UNDER 10 AND THE GIRL WHO WAS OUR WAITER WAS VERY IGNORANT AND RUDE SHE DID NOT KNOW HER MENU AND EVERYTIME WE WOULD SAY SOMETHING SHE WOULD RESPOND WITH WHAT? WHITH A NASTY ATTITUDE ACTING LIKE SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND US EVEN THO WE WERE SPEAKING IN ENGLISH.ON THE MENU IT SAID THEY SELL COFFEE AND WHEN WE ASKED HER SHE RESPONDED THAT THERE WAS NOT ANY MADE. I TRIED NOT TO BE RUDE AND DIDNT NOT ASKED HER TO MAKE SOME FOR US. SHE GAVE MY CHILDREN THEIR DRINKS IN ADULT CUPS FILLED ALL THE WAY AND IT IS COMMON SENCE THAT A 3 & 5 YEAR OLD COULD SPILL THEIR DRINK IF THEY WERE TO DRINK THEM IN THAT CUP, SO I ASKED FOR A TOGO CUP OR SOMETHING WITH A LID SO I COULD GIVE MY KIDS THEIR DRINKS SAFELY AND SHE NEVER BROUGHT THEM. THE FOOD IS NOT VERY TASTY AND NOT AUTHENTIC AT ALL. THE FAN OVER US WAS VERY COLD AND ASKED TO SEE IF THEY COULD TURN IF OFF OR DOWN AND THEY NEVER DID. MY FOOD CAME IN AFTER EVERYONE ELSE AT MY TABLE WAS ALREADY EATING. SHE WAS NOT ATTENTIVE AND NOT NICE AT ALL OUR EXPERIENCE HERE WAS NOT NICE AT ALL I HAVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY BEFORE AND THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD THERE IS MUCH BETTER RESTAURANTS OUT THERE!!!
