I am so disgusted with Nicole and even the owner of the store is allowed to close 30 mins early due to not having any customers. On top of not serving us Nicole was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. At 6 1/2 months pregnant my cravings for daquiri ice were too real to deal with this nonsense. I cannot wait to call tomorrow to speak with owner as well as report this to corporate.

worth every two stars make no sense that i have to go up to cumberland baskin robbins to get decent ice cream..and they have way more options up there, sense of no caring from this baskin robbins
