I like the colors and theme of the shop but I give it a 2 bevause there was very minimal seating. I think we got lucky with a nice associate Because I took my daughter here for a cupcake for her birthday, she also wanted ice cream but they only had like 4 flavors available which were not kid friendly at all! The chocolate chip vanilla flavor tasted bland watery and bitter dark chocolate, so we returned it for the salted caramel which tasted like salt alone! So then we gave up on the icecream and got a sprinkled cupcake and it tasted so weird. My daughter did not like it at all! Shes 8! I didnt like it either but I didnt want my money wasted so I tried to convince her that it was good, she still didnt want to eat it. Apart from the weird tasting icecream and cupcakes, we had a good time. The boxes and wooden spoons are really cool, cupcakes look very cool. The last is just not what you would expect.

False advertising, horrible customer service, and mediocre overpriced cupcakes. I registered with Sprinkles Perks online as the flyer I was given instructed me to so I could gain perks, extra treats, and a free cupcake. After registration, I noticed the free cupcake that was promised was not in my account. I inquired with them via email and I was asked to provide the location and day of visit. After I provided this information, they requested a copy of the receipt. Who keeps a cupcake receipt?? After a lot of back and forth, they informed me that the promotional period had expired. If that was the case, why ask for proof of my visit? The flyer that I received did not indicate any dates of expiration for the promotion. The cupcake I had wasnt even all of that. Oh, the cupcake ATM didnt have any cupcakes in it at the time of my visit.

I was so excited about coming to sprinkles bc it had a cupcake atm and I read good reviews ab it but after going, I dont know what all the hype is about. I ordered ice cream brownie/cookie sundae.. honestly ive had better fresh cookies and brownies that ive made at home, the staff was very friendly but the list of different flavors cupcakes I saw online I didnt see in sprinkles. My intentions and my only purpose was to go to sprinkles to try some cupcakes but I ended up ordering the sundae bc the cupcakes looked so dry and looked like they had been sitting out for a while and there where flys on them. I spent 8 dollars for a little sundae! Thumbs down. I went to "piece of cake" I totally recommend that bakery. Fresh cake and cupcakes well worth the price and you dont have to worry about flies getting on your cake or cupcake

I took four preteen young girls who were so excited for the cupcake ATM. We took 3 photos (no one was waiting) and hurriedly ordered our cupcakes. As they dispensed the mall cop/security officer came up to us and moved my girls aside saying we need to leave because a woman behind us had been waiting several minutes. I showed him the screen that actively showed the cupcakes already ordered and being dispensed in the window, he repeated himself and told us to leave. Upon walking away with our cupcakes, obviously bummed, he said not to spend so much time taking photos. As we walked away I check the time I took the first photo and the time it was now, 6:11 (photo) 6:15 (current time)!!!!! Moral of the story, fire your mall cop.

Okay, so the only reason I came to this place was to partake in the Cupcake ATM it is so dang cute. I will say the cupcakes are quite pricey one cupcake was almost $5! I wish I had just went into the the store because they have so much more to offer besides cupcakes. The best part of sprinkles is everything is made fresh daily even the ice cream. My friend ordered the ice cream sandwich when they told her the total we both gasped, that is until we saw the size of it! The ice cream sandwich can easily be shared between two people, that is if you can part with the tasty ice cream. I love this place and next time I go I will bypass the cupcakes and go for the ice cream!!

Went back in January this year. I always wanted to try Sprinkles because they have the vegan Red Velvet cupcake. Well they were out when I went one night, and the customer service was kinda crappy. I was told to go out to the cupcake ATM because they were out of cupcakes inside. I had to grab the attention of the workers to get this information. The were also out of cupcakes outside at the ATM as well. Star rating is mainly based on the customer service. Not worth the drive for a cupcake that theyre probably usually out of and subpar customer service from the young women working that night who couldnt care less. Positive: love the interior.

Cupcakes in an ATM machine! That was the best thing to me about Sprinkles otherwise the cupcakes were okay. I ordered the classic red velvet, the Smores and the milk chocolate cupcake for about $3.50 a piece. I heard such great things about Sprinkles, so I was open to waiting in line at the Lenox Mall location for about 20 minutes for them to run out of more than half their cupcake menu which left only about 3-4 cupcakes to choose from by the time it was my turn to order. Overall, I would suggest more staff and more cupcake options. The cupcakes I would rank a 2 out of 5. Not moist at all.

Worst cupcakes ever!! This place is overrated. First off the customer service is horrible the staff had an attitude with the customers. Secondly, the cupcakes were disgusting. The icing tasted like spoiled milk with sugar. The cake was dry and left a horrible taste in my mouth. On top of that I paid $4.08 for the cupcake. Lastly, they gave me the cupcake in a brown paper bag and suggested I pay $0.50 for a cupcake box!!! Ive been to a lot of cupcakes spots in Atlanta and in my opinion Smallcakes and Camicakes are way better, or even the Deklab farmers market bakery (Im just saying).

A driver of one of their delivery trucks just ran into my girlfriends car in the parking lot of Lenox mall and blatantly lied to the police about it. We were waiting to park behind the van when for no reason he started backing up, we slammed on the horn for more than five seconds, but it was no use. He crashed into our car and caused severe damage. When the police arrived, he lied right to the officers face and said that we hit him. Luckily we have a witness and camera footage to prove otherwise. Truly sad this company would hire an employee with such low morals.

I had the red velvet cupcake. The cupcake was smaller than the muffin top, and the icing was shaped like a box, not pretty at all. It was weirdly proportioned like it was going to topple over. Like this: [ ] |_| It also had this little wafer cookie on top that looked like a turkey pushpin (that pop up when the turkey is done). I bit into it to see if it was edible or a plastic decoration, but it was too hard to tell! Broke like plastic. The taste was plain and the cake and icing dry.
