NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! YOU WONDER WHY THE COMPANY KEEP CLOSING DOWN DUE TO CUSTOMERS GETTING SICK..... PLEASE READ!!!! I placed an online order because I live about ten minutes away from the restaurant. The steak burrito was as cold as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator and the child quesadilla was not hot enough that the cheese completely melted. Items that I ordered was left out. I called and spoke to the manager and all she could tell me was the order/pick up times and that they do NOT have a system for keeping food warm for the customers prior to pickup. She basically made it sound like it was my fault the food was cold and even after explaining that I buy from the Pleasant Hill location and has never experienced this type of service. The manager however refunded my money but I was very disappointed with the whole experience especially since being excited about this location being fairly new to our area.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHIPOTLE! I purchased food from here yesterday and thought it tasted a little different than other chipotles but thought it wasnt a big deal. Later on that day, I am out running and all of sudden I get very fatigued(I run 5 miles+ 5 times a week) Next thing vomit and my bowels are acting violently. There is no restroom in site for a mile or more and after finally making it to the restroom I look in the mirror to my surprise, my face is bright red, eyes swollen. I start to get worried and think its getting serious so I try to make it back to my car and I started itching like a mad man. My arms break out in bumps and at this point Im considering 911 for emergency. My stomach erupts again and I am down for the count. I call 911, they come pick me up, offer medication but still today, I ate a salad and threw up. This is unbelievable. I ate chipotle for years but will never again after this.

First time at this location. Ill admit the quality of staff and prep has diminished at several Chipotles in the area. Today I was witness to a awful burrito wrapping attempt which lead to the server asking if the customer can get a bowl instead because his burrito was too big. I have NEVER heard that before. I had to hide my eye roll, seriously if thats what he wanted he would have asked. It is not his fault you cant do your job (i.e. Wrap a proper burrito at a burrito restaurant). I give 3 stars, because hey its Chipotle!

MY wife and I just left there it was about 9:18p.m everyone was pre occupied with closing side work, product was not fresh. And employee argued with me about amount of an item I was paying extra for. I ask her to put it in the Togo ramekin she then walked off... Im thinking she went to get her manager... We frequent this location from it opened.. i must say it has declined tremendously in quality and customer service.... Thank you for making it easy for us to spend ouroney else where...

This is the worst Chipotle ever!! First of all, one girl working the entire line. Second of all, the poor man in front of me ordered a burrito and the attempt to wrap the burrito was horrific. And lastly the food was very bland at this location. Not sure why because any Chipotle that Ive ever frequented is always full of flavor!! Very disappointed!

The experience was great . There was a all girl team and they rock. The front line staff was nice and pleasant the store was super clean. The cook was great they cook my food fresh not without a wait but flawless.

Service was quick, people were friendly, food was up to par. Parking sucks, just turn in as if you are going to the Camp Woof building. Or towards the back of the building. Love the convenience.

They are real skimpy with the meats at this location. The guacamole is very bland. Other than that. Its cool. Probably need to pick up some pointers from the Northlake location.
