I had ordered an ice cream cake for my wifes birthday about a week in advance. However in between that time the order slip was lost which included my contact information. When I went to pick up the cake I was told I needed to speak to the General Manager, I was worried, had they forgotten the cake, was I not going to be able to deliver what I promised? My worse fears were true, however they did remember that I wanted the Cat Cake, though couldnt remember the type of cake or ice cream so they gave me black cake and vanilla ice cream and made it complimentary due to the mess up and apologized repeatedly. Although it wasnt the cake that I wanted, I am very appreciative that they tried to make it right and that I wouldnt be without a cake for her party. This is how businesses should run and treat their customers. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for good ice cream, cakes, or donuts.

Drive through, rude and then did not answer our question, unable to place order. Inside both workers (man and lady) were rude and put out, slow to take order. Milkshake was made runny, ice cream (cup) was freezer burnt. Gloves were not used. My wife and I will not return to this store.

Come to a Baskin Robbins every year for their Baseball Nut Ice Cream. This is a good, clean location.
