The lady did not understand when I was trying to place an order that I had wanted to add a vegetable and extra onion. She got frustrated and said she had people in front of her and on the other line, & I did not understand how that has anything to do with placing a simple order for me to pick up. She told me I needed to come into the restaurant to order my food there. The point of ordering over the phone is that it is ready to be picked up by the time you get to the restaurant. The lady then hung up on me while I was trying to explain that logic. I would never order from this restaurant ever. I would travel 20 miles to another Chinese restaurant if it took me there in order to avoid this restaurant. These people need to understand that being rude and treating their customers like s*** does not get them any type of business. I dont know how it works in their culture, but they will learn real fast when customers stop coming in. I dont care where you come from. They act as if we need them and not the other way around. Wait until it happens to you..

Low quality food at the price of good quality food. We tried a Chinese chicken/beef/shrimp dish and the Thai chicken yellow curry. Both were awful, the meat was stringy and the shrimp slimy. The "spring rolls" seemed to be baked eggs rolls, probably bought frozen. We asked for fried rice, they said ok but then when I opened it they have just added some yellow spice or food coloring to regular white rice. It tasted exactly like white rice, no bits of egg or vegetable. Its insulting, they should just tell you "no - you cant get fried rice". You do get a generous portion of the crap. We wanted to get away from Pacific Spice as their portions keep getting smaller and their prices keep creeping up, but at least the food is good there.

The Worst Place to ever go to try a different Chinese in the area. I order a lunch special just before 3 pm and the lady at the counter didnt want to honor the lunch special with 7 mins before it was 3 pm. I found it funny the whole family was eating at the table and the lady was like lunch is over and we clean up the place. what does that have to do with the lunch special. They didnt want to be bother with making me the food so I walk away and they lost a customer. Ive was here a different time and the service and the food isnt so great. Please save your time with these people and go some where else. Where they would respect you as a customer.

This is not a very good restaurant. I ordered teriyaki chicken and there was little to no chicken in it. The appreance of it was bad also. The fried rice was more like plain rice with bean shoots in it. When I returned to the restaurant to ask if the food could be exchanged or I could receive a refund, I was rudely told, that they would not do it. I left the food on the counter and left. This was probably the worse chinese restaurant that I have ever seen. Unless, you want to waste your money, dont ever go to this establishment!!!

I ordered fried dumplings and hot and spicy chicken. The dumplings tasted like they had been fried in burnt fryer oil. I threw away the hot and spicy chicken. It tasted like it was coated in ketchup and there were more diced onions than chicken. It tasted like someone scraped the toppings off a McDonalds Quater Pounder and mixed it with slivers of chinese style chicken. If youre in Dallas do yourself a favor and drive down to Pearl China in New Hope.

The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars is not available. The worse service, food was dry, only half the container had food and when I asked for a remake, and to have it delivered, I was hung up on. Not good. .drive to Pearl China on E Paulding Dr,youll be much happier!!!

I frequent China Panda more often than most in the area, the general Tsos chicken is made from fresh chicken, not the chicken nugget things most restaraunts have. The portions are much larger than the others also. I also enjoy China Pearl though. Very good and fair prices. ~Drew

I gave this place one star, but the truth is, you have to be ultra careful eating from this establishment. Both my family and I were terribly ill after a meal From them and the owner was completely useless and from then on, we only eat at different place.

I go here often and have never had any problems. The owners are so nice and the food is good! I watch them make everything when I order and they are quick! I never wait long at all. They make killer crab rangoons and fried dumplings.

Live right down the street from here. This is my go-to chinese place. Delcious and good prices for portion sizes. Especially during certain days the cheap lunch specials are great. I reccommend the chicken and broccoli!
