Ive been coming here for 3 years now. All other experiences have been positive, so thats why Im not giving this place one star. I ordered seasame takeout, and when I tasted, it had that all too familiar consistency of OLD FOOD. You know how when you have leftovers and heat it in the microwave the next day? #chewy. Rubber bands with sauce. I called to share my grievance, and the woman (part owner because I recognized her voice) IMMEDIATELY was on the defensive. She commenced to argue that I picked it up too late. I responded that even if I were 30 minutes late, it should not taste like last nights food. She belligerently said that she will make another and HUNG UP ON ME before I could get another word in. At this point, based on principle, I went back. The woman at the register was pleasant and apologetic. I cannot say whether the replacement was satisfactory because honestly, the way the owner was talking, I would not put it past her to do something to my food. Needless to say, I will not be going back here, which is a shame, because of its convenient location.

Ive been eating at Hong Kong Chinese and getting take out for years. The staff and quality of the food have made it easy for me to be a regular customer. Depending on my work schedule Ill place an order every two weeks and many times more often. Ive ordered so many different things off their menu and Ive always enjoyed it. On the rare occasion Ive encounter some mix up or problem they have been eager and willing to make it right and truly appreciate that Ive brought it to their attention. I know its important to them to ensure Im happy so they can keep me as a regular customer. They even send me coupons in the mail so I can save money. Hong Kong Kennesaw is consistently the best Chinese food Ive found in the area.

This is a top 100 in the USA Chinese restaurant. I have eaten here for almost 10 years. My familys typical order is $45-50. We have NEVER had a single bad, poor, or unacceptable dish here. Seriously, do you think critics would rate it top 100 in the country if that were so? The couple of reviewers that rated this one star must be impossible to please, or they are confusing it with the OTHER Hong Kong restaurant nearby, which is not very good. As to the price--If you think menu items for lunch and dinner at $5-$8.00 for a massive portion are too high, then I know where you can get a cheap meal. Try a downtown Atlanta soup kitchen. Sorry. Trust me, this is as good as it gets.

The food is pretty good. The Asian workers are racist and mean. The female owner use to be real nice...not sure if she is still the owner. I have ordered food from them occasionally for 12 years it was the only Chinese food I would eat. The customer service is beyond crap which makes me believe they would do something to your food. Bob is a white guy who works there who is extremely sweet and kind. To bad the rest of them are so NASTEY!!! DONT TRUST THEM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE FACT YOU SPEND GOOD MONEY!

Delivery came in time but the food wasnt good at all. I ordered shrimp fried rice and much to my dismay the rice was actually yellow instead of brown. Because Ive never ordered from this restaurant before I simply let it slide, but less than 10 minutes after eating my food, my stomach had grown upset and the meal wasnt very appealing at all. The rice tasted awful and I honestly wouldnt recommend it to anyone thats expecting a decent chinese meal. What a complete disappointment.

On thursday, 2/20/14, I ordered from Hong Kong. It was my second time eating there. Three hours later, I was hugging my toilet throwing up everything I ate. I ordered shrimp lo mein with the spring rolls. I have now been suffering with food poisoning for three days. I missed work on friday and will probably miss work tomorrow. Dont eat here!!!! Save yourself and your family the teouble of getting sick. I got food poisoning and so did my boyfriend.

I was hoping for authentic chinese food but food they make is obnoxiously sweet and and gelatinous. Its so horrible and disgusting. The quality of meat is really cheap. I ordered egg drop soup and it wasnt even soup but some kind of yellow jelly-like water with egg and salt. Maybe they make the food sweet and salty the way americans like it but for Asians or those americans who want authentic asian food, this is not the right place.

Mixed reviews on here so thought Id pitch in my own opinion. The food is good (dont get me wrong) but I wouldnt call it AMAZING and the pricing is pretty typical too. I order from here every now and then. In my opinion, this place is pretty good for takeout food. If youre looking for something fancier or wanna dine in... try Bangkoks Cabin or Mandarin Cafe (both places also have good takeout food. Maybe a little more expensive).

They may have good food but their delivery system is horrible. First time they were 45 mins late delivery. I thought it may be a fluke. I tried a second time and I had to call because yet again 45 mins late. They told me someone is on their way to me now.... It has now been 20 mins and still no food. Did I also mention they are only 10 mins from my apartment on a heavy traffic day?

Very nice staff. The girl at the counter with colorful hair is always very friendly. I have tried all of the chinese restaurants in kennesaw and this one has the best food and largest portions. The prices are a little cheaper than other chinese places. The Kung Pao chicken is excellent. I have eaten here at least 20 times and have never had any problems.

Food tastes like NY Chinese food, Im talking about the good stuff On the corner in the Bronx. The owner she is is awesome, the drivers are really cool and fast service. They get the food right every time and make sure they remember you if your a regular. Keep up the good work, this is the only Chinese spot in town I will eat from!!!

Very strange that anyone would feel the food here is overpriced. It seems to be among the lowest priced restaurants in the area. The food and portions are outstanding. The service has been fast and friendly for me every time be it when I picked up the food or had it delivered. I highly recommend them

Great Chinese food! The lunch menu is the best lunch menu Ive seen at a typical Chinese restaurant. It even include egg foo yung. Each lunch comes with soup and an egg roll. Prices are very inexpensive and well worth the portion size. They have a fairly decent delivery area and its always speedy.

Okay just ordered some sesame chicken amd it wasnt even sesame sauce. It was drowned in soy sauce. They do not care about customer service. Go somewhere else! These people are very rude and do not care about the quality of food. I know for a fact theyre racist. God bless them.
