I had lunch with some coworkers today at the Johns Creek location. It was a pretty disappointing meal. The menu looked very interesting. Three of us had the crab cakes Benedict. High expectations gave way to poor execution. The presentation was nice, but the "crab cake" was thinner than the half English Muffin, the Hollandaise was flavorless, and the worst part was the "poached" egg. It was nothing more than a misshapen boiled egg. Imagine the disappointment when slicing in to the egg wanting to see the golden yolk covering everything beneath, and finding a solid yellow ball instead. Blech.... With six or more items on the menu having poached eggs, you would hope the cook would be properly trained in their preparation. This might explain the wait staff out numbering the customers on our visit. I may have a hard time giving it another try.

The nearly empty restaurantvat lunch time in that location should have given me a hint. Whoever is calling themselves a CHEF and serving that poorly cooked food should ger fired. Poorly executed dishes that look and taste worst than frozen dinner food. I had the grits cake with shrimp, sausage. The shrimps were miniature over cooked salty, the whole dish was a mess, i am not a picky eater and us the first time I had to send a dush back at a restaurant. The Manager did not even cone by our table to ask why the food was returned. So maybe he is used to it. You are better off going to IHOP, and save tge money, since is overpriced too. I DONT KNOW WHO OWNS THIS CHAIN OF RESTAURANT, BUT FIX YOUR RESTAURANT OR YOU WILL CLOSE THIS LOCATION FOR LACK OF CLIENTS.

The family and I went to celebrate the end of school. The server was nice when we sat down and placed our orders. I requested a refill of coffee and request was acknowledged. I saw other tables getting refills and figured the server was bustle; however, the restaurant did not appear busy. After some time with an empty coffee cup, we noticed that we have been waiting for 30 minutes and no food and limited visits by server (1 visit). The decision was made to depart. Server informed and they seemed shocked - they presented the bill we paid for the cups of coffee and hot chocolate.

No stars should b given AT ALL. Wait staff talking to each other comparing "power" and "empire", across the room to each other extremely unprofessional..took forever they the food....Benedict was boiled eggs not poached, drinks tasted like bad cold medicine. Disgusting ever again. Really bad, was my first and last time going. Some restaurants create a great atmosphere for a great dining experience. This was not one of them, very disappointed, it looked like it used to b a great restaurant.

Not sure why this gem doesnt have better reviews. Wonderful food! Visited on Memorial Day and had a great time. It is a very nice restaurant! Lobster and Brie omelette was delicious and had a strawberry mimosa to drink with it. My friend had fosters? pancakes and they were out of this world! It was very busy but all of the servers handled it well. The manager stopped by and thanked us for coming in. She always had a smile and really seemed to enjoy her job. This is my new go to brunch spot!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE. All the staff have extensive attitudes and could care less if you ate there or not. Three large groups came in well after we did and received their meals before my family of four did. We asked to speak to the manager twice, he could not even have the Decency to come out of his office to address our concerns. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

I see a few bad reviews on this place, but dont let that discourage you from trying it. My wife and I went for the first time today and loved it! The service was good and attentive....but not overly attentive. Food was great, it taste fresh. And the menu had options that you cant find everywhere, especially in the south. This place has its own unique feel to it, but in a very good way! Dont miss out in this local treat!

Food and service were just ok. I first received an obviously overcooked omelet. It was sent back and remade. The new omelet was better but still too much brown. The potatoes are unseasoned. They appeared to be just deep fried potato cubes. In my opinion those arent home fries. The server wasnt friendly. He seemed annoyed.

I enjoyed eating here. There is not much to complain about. The only thing i noticed was the table was not cleaned before we sat down and we had to wait for a waitress to get a both ready, which was weird because the entire place was only about 30% Full. I dont know why she didnt just sit us somewhere else.

We visited this establishment this morning. Our excitement was quickly dampened by the fact that we received absolutely no service after being seated. We watched as two couples, seated after us, were served. Our waitress walked past us several times without even offering water. We gladly left.

Great brunch place! There is often a wait, but its worth it-use the app to skip the line. There was a balloon artist when I went the second time, so thats fun. It can get a little loud as well since its so busy. Despite these little things, the food is often worth it.

The presentation of the food was great ... I had ordered the city grits and the lobster and brie omelet. I took a bite of the city grits and I must say it was really good.... until I looked down and found a hair in my grits (it was definitely not my hair!)....

Im not really sure what the negative reviews are talking about. I had breakfast here the other day with my husband we had a great time. The waitress was really attentive and the menu is unique. Food was delicious. Well definitely be returning.

Food was late, pancake not cooked all the way, just reheated it instead of giving a new one, manager brought it over but wouldnt comp it, one on Old Milton is so much better, never going to this one again!

Everybody was nice, we got our food quickly, and the atmosphere was amazing. I cant think of any restaraunt more deserving of a 5 star rating. I would definitely reccomend eating here.

Over priced over rated and should be over itself by now. Somebody hire a chef from the Cordon Bleu who knows how to build a tasty n beautiful looking Eggs Benedict.
