I just left tonight so upset I had steam coming out my ears!!! My son and I walk in there were no customers and every was in the back. The young lady came out and asked us what we wanted ( rude!) Then we gave our order anyway she said ten minutes and walked away. We sat down at the table and decided we just would dine in. She only came back out after the phone rang ,I caught her and asked for ice water for us both, she said "No!" I quickly packed up and walked to where she was and asked for the manager she said he not here. I asked for who was in charge she say, " He not here." I asked for her name she said, " I dont want to give it to you and I dont care if they fire me , so what!" I was speechless for a second. I said," maam your service was very rude I just spent money in here for my second time and you wouldnt give me water thats rude. She said," so what" and walked away. I was fuming!!! Then as I stood there in shock she was in the back screaming at the top of her lungs in her native tongue! I left very upset and disrespected! I got to my sister told her what happened and she called them. The same lady said I remember your sister the last time she came in and she didnt tip me so I didnt service her table. I didnt tip her because for one I completely forgot because I paid with a card and I wanted to give her the five I had for her in my pocket but forgot because at the time we were leaving a family walked in asking for a specific table to be cleaned off to better fit their large family and she told them sit somewhere else I dont have time. So maybe thats why giving her the five slipped my mind from the shock of her very poor disgraceful customer service!!! I dont recommend anyone give this place service. Fayetteville needs to boycott this establishment immediately and I will be going further to put this in the paper and the news. This should be stopped!! Im so upset right now. And when we told her we would be putting the word out she said," oh thank you for the advertisement, more and more people will come , and she hung up!!

This restaurant used to be great! Not anymore! After years of being a loyal customer, they have completed gone down the drain. The customer service is no longer good. Although, I live in the delivery area I was told that my home was far away and that is why the delivery driver was late delivering our meals that were promised to be there within 30 to 40 minutes. The last few times I have ordered food for delivery my order was wrong. When I brought this issue to the attention of the restaurant, I was told that they cannot confirm my order because the delivery person took the order and that what I ordered is not on the menu. Very frustrating and disappointing! Not to mention the food quality has gone down. The shrimp used for entrée has a funny taste and the beef with broccoli leaves much to desire. I would highly recommend taking you business to Royal Stix or any of the other numerous Asian cuisine restaurants in the area.

I ordered the House Combo and when I got home realized I was given the wrong order. I immediately called the restaurant and told them I was given the wrong order and they said to come back in and they would replace it with the correct order. When I returned to get my correct order the owner refused to give me the correct order that I had paid for. Very disappointed that I was never given what I paid for and owner had a opportunity to make things right but instead chose to handle the situation in a unprofessional manner (yelling and making a scene).

Customer service suck since the young lady started working there she is rude an very impatient. My family and I went there last night to dine-in of course I know the place only has about four tables. But I didnt want to sit by the door. I ask if we can sit at the table behind us and the lady stated she doesnt have time to clean it. Weve been going here for years and the gentleman that worked there never told us that. I guess we have to find us another Chinese spot. I dont want to spend my money on places that dont have time for customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!!!! I ordered my food from there and it came 20 minutes late. When he got here and I told him, he argued and said he didnt tell me that time. Then had the nerve to say they got busy. What does that have to do with MY order though? I told him i wasnt paying full price for the food and he offered to give me $1 off. I told him to keep it. I didnt want it.

No customer service skills from the SUPPOSED owner(* Asian Lady..who screams and the young lady that answers phone ! Shrimp not cleaned ,rice is hard and not done. I will not use them again... Thai Jasmine is GREAT or Golden ChopStix both are in Fayetteville worth the money and they UNDERSTAND the CUSTOMER PAYS your BILLS!

The WORST! I wish i could give less than one star. The manager (female) is rude. The service SUCKs and you do NOT get what you paid for! I do NOT recommend this restaurant. I also hear they have a bug problem!!!!! A friend of mine ate there recently! Fayetteville is such a nice area. This restaurant is a tarnish!!

I have never run into rude customer service but the food is never hot. Its warm at best and I dont like room temperature food. Ive had food poisoning before and I never want to experience it again. I go to the Royal Chef or a few other locations in the area that serve better food.

Service was dicey. Interior is very drab, it needs a remodel desperately. The plated dishes are fine, but the dumplings were terrible. Too much of a mixed bag, I dont think well be back.
