Cannot believe the crap my group had to deal with on Saturday at this establishment. First I will say that Kylee, our waitress put forth effort in spite of the rest of the hamstrung staff. Our appetizer and drink order arrived promptly but it was all down hill from there. We didnt get our food for an hour and was pretty well ignored after the appetizer was dropped off. When the food arrived, we waited another 15-20 minutes, with the red card up, for someone to come by so that we could let them know about every one of the plates being both burnt and cold. They then brought out a couple of hot fries and told us the manager would be over shortly to speak with us. I will say now, that he is primarily responsible for this review. He didnt come until we requested replacement dishes or a bill for the drinks an appetizer. He was belligerent, argumentative, and totally unapologetic for the experience. He was obviously in over his head and had been dealing with similar issues all day. Im not sure how long this location will be in business when they run off customers and make sure they never want to come back. Anyone who frequents Taco Macs knows to always expect slower service but the wings usually cover for it. Not this time. My friends and I will never show my face in this location again and we will all warn everyone we know about this place.

This was my FIRST visit to a Taco Mac. I was in shock. The place was dirty. We sat at a table with a dirty TV full of smudges. I asked the waiter for a warm towel. When he left I tried to rub it clean. I just couldnt eat looking at it.. It wouldnt come off!! Whatever it was was too embedded around the entire TV. GROSS!! The table next to us had food all over the floor under the table and around. Wow! We asked to move our table. The waiter said, "My other table is a little Wobbly." The table was wobbling.. He was right. What Owner knows his table is wobbling and doesnt treat it like an Emergency repair!? AND makes your Staff work in those conditions. Its unprofessional and disrespectful to the employees and guest. NO ONE WANTS TO SIT THERE!! REALLY!! AND ITS FILTHY!! I felt like if the Dining area was a horrible mess...I did not want to have any food out of that kitchen. Im not even stuck up. I just want to eat in a clean place. We left FAST and left our drinks untouched on the table. Sorry waiter. At some point you need to put your foot down and tell the owner or manager.."Listen, help me out here..... lol!! Went across the street to IHOP. It was CLEAN. This Taco Mac needs BAR RESCUE.. IMMEDIATELY.

Like all the other reviews have said if you like horrible service and poorly prepared food with a decent atmosphere then this place is for you. The service was very slow even though there was not many dining. I ordered two drinks in which the first I finished before I received my meal, so myself and another person at the table had to ask for refills. It took so long for us to get service my drink ended up coming out after I was finished with my meal (quite a while later) and the other person I was with got completely forgot about. The service was so terrible we did not even want to mention anything about there being a birthday or wait around for any dessert, all we wanted to do is pay the bill and leave. Im guessing this location isnt doing very good business lately since it seems like theyve been hiring really low quality staff. Its embarrassing to have to apologize to the people youre with because of the terrible service provided by the restaurant. I will not be dining at this location again nor will I use Taco Mac as a suggestion for future business outings.

Usually stop here whenever we come to douglasville and have good service. Tonight was a different story. Brought the in laws by here after playoff game. Got in and ordered before dinner rush. Started of great got drinks, placed order, got appetizer and that was it. Rush came in waitress got more tables and completely forgot about us. When our food finally did come out not brought by her, hamburger was pink asked for well done, chicken nachos had set under heat lamp and become rubberitized. Wings and fries set under lamp and become dried out and cold. Got manager involved he said he would remake order. Same burger came back out still pink, nachos came out with new barely cooked chicken and wings come back out with ranch spilled all over them. (I hate ranch). Never got refill on drink until we were ready to leave. Manager never came back and still required to pay for food that was disgusting and wrong. Highly disappointed in the way whole situation was handled. Loved this place previously but will not come back to Douglasville location.

We moved to the area at the beginning of the year and have been to this location 3 times. After the first visit we told ourselves we would probably never come back. We came back the 2nd time giving them the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake. We returned again last night because our usual location although a little further away has changed there hours and closing earlier for winter. We will definitely never return to this location. All of our visits we experienced the same issues. 1 - Bartenders are not personable. 2 - Mixed drinks are never proportionally mixed well, either too much of something. Last night the drinks were good. 3 - Food wasnt cooked and served as well as other locations. Wings came out roasted only on one side and sitting in a pool of grease along with the fries that came in the same basket. The Marietta location is our normal spot. Always a great experience at this location. Bartenders and staff are always friendly and presentable. Food is always great. We will be sticking to this location.

I went in last night to have food before fireworks - the place was mostly empty except for a few guests. I order the steak Nachos but was told that they were out of cheese so I ordered wings and fries. When the food arrived there would be more fries in a kids happy meal from McDonalds than were sent out to the table AND the fries were nasty, old and burnt. I asked for fresher fries and when those arrived they were cooked in a fryer that had not been changed in a long, long time. My wings were not cooked completely and my dates salad was disgustingly wilted and had 12 pieces of stalk that she ate around. I asked for the manager and showed him the nasty wing (pink/red/rubbery) and he said the was sorry that our food was a "little sub-par" and took $4.73 off the ticket... ha ha. What a joke. And they call it a "hero comp" on the ticket! Yeah, what a hero.. I love the Taco Mac brand and eat out 4 times a week but I am not going back to this one. Consider yourself warned and take your business elsewhere.

All the most current reviews are spot on... very slow service despite only a few patrons. Noticed friends or family of my waitress came in and received food and service before me... I got there before them and left after them due to waiting for food and check. I can also confirm my wings were mostly dry (parmesan garlic boneless) and barely warm with room temp French fries. Greatly disappointed in the food and service as compared to other taco Macs. I can also confirm that management was there, but seemed to only be present to eat at a table and remind the servers of to go orders. Id highly recommend buffalo wild wings instead... at least the food is hot and fresh when you get it... and lunch specials are free after a 15 min maximum wait period.... its much easier to access as well. The rating you see for this place is VERY ACCURATE 3.5ish.
