I am a person that is very easily pleased but I have got to tell you the only reason I want the Kings Pizzaria was because I heard good things about the pizza but I ordered my pizza for the first time tonight at 8:22 I just now got my pizza and it is 943 they originally told me 30 minutes I ordered two large pizzas one pepperoni and one with bacon ham and onions I showed up 30 minutes later paid for my pizza and they told me it would be about five minutes so I went out to the truck came back in in 5 minutes the man who the killer was sitting there talking to two girls totally ignored me so I decided step back outside for 5 minutes and watch for the peaches to come up they never came up I went back in and the girl that was making the pizzas in the back came up and told me they did not have any bacon what I would like to substitute it with something now keep in mind this was an hour after I ordered the pizza they did not have the common decency to call me and tell me you had no bacon nor did they tell me they had no bacon when I came in and paid for my pizza then I asked a girl how long would you going to take that they have to make the whole PT yet and she said no it would be about 10 minutes which also brought up the question how long have the pepperoni pizza been sitting none-the-less when I came back in 10 minutes later I jumped all over the gentleman that it probably wasnt even his fault but he said the owner lets them run out of things and he wasnt nowhere around because I wanted to speak to him because its far as I was concerned you should have given me the pizza and giving me my money back that was my first visit to Kings Pizzaria and it most definitely will be my last no matter how good the pizza is that left a very very bad first impression and first prepper stand prussians are the ones that last I do not recommend Kings Pizzaria to anybody

First of all I cannot rate the food because I never made it in the door. Ive wanted to visit this place for a while now, but have not because of the bad reviews. Yesterday, I wanted something different and because Im the girl that read reviews and thinks that is just one persons opinion, I decided to give it a try. I got to King Pizzeria only to be greeted by an employee outside smoking a cigarette. She said maam do you need to order something and I said yes. She said well I need to leave in about 10 minutes so what are you wanting to order. I told her just a sub, and she did say well I can probably do that. Well, probably doesnt get it! This is my lunch hour and its only 12:30, I need to know. Anyway, after all that I could only imagine shes in a hurry, she will be making my sub with dirty hands. I told her never mind and left!

This place is horrible! I placed a to go order, my daughters picked it up and before they could make it home, someone from the restaurant calls to tell me that they failed to include all of our order. At the same time, my daughters arrive home with what they were given in stapled white bags and as I am speaking to him and telling him that I would like a discount since we have to drive back, a 10 minute drive one way, he tells me NO. He actually had the nerve to tell me that it was their fault, that the customer is responsible for opening up the bags and pulling everything out to see if THEY actually got the order right!! Seriously, the customer has to do your job for you?? I have never heard of such! He was obnoxious and rude. I will never order from this place again! Dont go there!

Called earlier in day..asked time of closing and told them that we were in town for baseball and would like a pretty good size order for after our late game. Started calling at 9:20pm..phone rang off the hook..then was picked up and I was placed on hold for a long time. This happened 4 times. Another mom called and the same thing. Then they just stopped answering the phone all together. We never got to order pizza. Sorry they are busy enough to not want our business...or maybe they were just trying to get out of work early. Having big baseball and other sporting events in a small town...business should make some better accommodations. We gave our 13 person order to another place.

First of all, let me explain that the delivery options in Cartersville are extremely limited. You have the "well known" popular pizza chains, and chinese. Now, granted, some of these larger chain pizza places have expanded their menus but they still cant even begin to compare to King Pizza (formerly Piggies). Calzones, Stromboli, Gyros, Salads, Apps, Pizzas, Oven baked subs, chicken wings, and even great deserts! EVERYTHING, literally EVERYTHING on the menu is fantastic. Plus, the prices are great! My recommendations include the antipasto salad, the bacon chicken ranch pizza, the pepperoni cheese bread, the lemon pepper wings, the canolis, and...well..everything!

Best pizza and calzones Ive had since I moved out of New England , hands down. Add to that the fact that their prices are unbelievably low, AND they deliver all the way out to my place on the outskirts of podunkityville (off Road #3) and youve got my very favorite pizza joint in Cartersville. I see all the complaints on the wait, and yeah they may take a big longer than estimated to get your food out. I take this into consideration when I order and that makes it no longer an issue. Great restaurants get busy, especially in a small town where there are few delivery options available. I think the food is well worth the wait and the price to have it brought to my door.

King Pizzeria has HORRIBLE SERVICE 97% of the time! It takes an average of 17 minutes (on a good day) to place an order - thats both over the phone and in stores. The food is good but absolutely NOT worth the wait time & customer service. During my visit today, only one of the five employees had on gloves in the kitchen. After watching TWO employees wipe their sweat then continue working on the order (one was putting finished pizzas in boxes and the other was tossing the dough). With terrible service and hygiene, dont waste your time going there. Try Angelos (by Sixes) or Johnnys Pizza (by RadioShack).

Do not waist your money on these people. Management could care less about their customers all they want is money. The food is not good enough to be treated like crap. I had a customer service issue and the manager literally told me he didnt have time to "deal" with me because he had other people to wait on. If they dont even care enough to listen to a customer who has an issue how much time and care do you really think they are putting into their food. Go spend your money somewhere you will not only get good food but be appreciated for your patronage too.
