This little place needs some immediate customer service training. Tonight my family, which includes two little ones 5 and under. Food was okay. My problem was the waitress that in my opinion was too busy trying to embarrass another customer. She told the man at the table how another customer and herself had a disagreement on another occasion. She went as far as pointing this poor lady out to the man. The conversation between the server and man was quite colorful, to say the least. Which the language wasnt something my boys need to hear. nor did the other customers. The lady went to pay her bill and so did our man next to us. My husband followed to make sure there werent any problems. As management stood and let the man talk to this lady, my husband could only shake his head in disgust. So if you want bad service and your server teaching your children words sailors don’t use. This is your place. All so sad

Found 3 hairs all together in our food. Our waitress sucked and barely even talked. She was rolling her eyes at us and when we went up front to pay, she gave me the wrong change and when I caught it and said something about it, she made me wait for 10 minutes so she could help other people. Very unbusiness like. She never once said sorry either. I have gone there for years and years and it was great until that time. They will not be getting my business anymore.

The service here is efficient but unobtrusive, allowing diners time to relax and peruse the menu, which is active and easy to read. The "large" margherita is massive and delicious and the shrimp chipotle tacos never disappoint. The many television screens can be quite distracting, so request a better table if that that sorry if thing bothers you.

I feel like we just paid $40 to make ourselves sick. I had the Grilled Tilapia and my husband had the Grilled Ribeye Steak. Absolutely no flavor with either dish. The salsa was watery and had no taste. The building & staff were clean but the meal left a lot to be desired. Excuse me while I return to the bathroom to get sick once again.

Food was acceptable but wait staff was slow and offered no refills on drinks. Also my husband was ignored while trying to pay our bill and three other people were able to walk in front of him to pay without anything beeing said by who I can only can assume was a manager or owner who was working the register.

Recieved 3 wrong orders at my table. My fiancee is allergic to dairy, they bring it out first with cheese and sour cream, then secondly it comes back with the same bowl dumped out with no dairy but cheese still burned on the edges. The only excuse was "they were busy."

Wait staff were multitasking by being bartender as well as waitresses on discount margarita night. Service was slow. Meals did not come out together for the table. Food was good and good portion sizes.
