Machine was broken. Didnt know how long for hot,fresh original. Ok, I guess (hopefully) the ones that I ate were from yesterday...which is ok....but I would have preferred fresh. Got to the counter and ordered a SKINNY Caramel latte..."We dont have a Skinny"...yes, you do, you just make it with the sugar free syrup. "We dont put sugar in it "(as she shows me the pump of Cane sugar syrup... No, its made with sugar free caramel syrup..."Im telling you we dont have that". Ok, so YOU dont have that, because Krispy Kreme sells that! Very nonchalantly, "Yes". OWNERS, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON WHAT KRISPY KREME OFFERS AND IF YOUR PARTICULAR LOCATION DOES NOT SERVE THAT, PLEASE TAKE IT OFF OF YOUR MENU. I looked, its there. Right under the flavors that are marked with a *, it says *Available in skinny. I try to patronize our establishments in primarily black areas, but this is why its hard to do so!!!

I walked in the door around 8am and did not leave until 8:20am. The service was slow. There were only two people in front of me and they were both getting glazed donuts. The first lady was getting two dozens of glazed donuts and the she had to pay. They had difficulties with her payment, she was paying with her phone. The second lady had already paid for her three dozens of glazed donuts. She presented her receipt to them and all they had to do was give her the donuts. But it took for ever for the people to help you. The lady at the drive thru had served about ten or more customers in the time that I waited. I do not normally go to the one on Wesley Chapel, because the service in some areas is not as good as it is in others. I normally go to the one on Ponce De Leon. The service is better, but that is due to the neighborhood.

Memorable for the worst reasons... The wait was long, as expected; however, the cashier was the only professional in the crew. No one else was courteous, moved with a purpose or seemed to understand how to deal with people. Despite just opening, the dining area was dirty and chair wobbled. I asked who was in charge and was told it was young lady in the green shirt, who never said a word to any customers while I was Would have given at least 3 stars but the usually great doughnuts were dry.

To be totally transparent on this occasion... A Friday morning store value was very low... The front counter personal was poor at best... After waiting for a cup of coffee.. I was informed " we dont have none" I asked why coffee wasnt being made as it was just 9 oclock. I will not support this business and would not recommend them for any community involvement until they address simple business practices. W. Roane

I came to the Drive Thru on a dead saturday morning & asked for 2 dozen glaze. Well the crew heard me ask for 2 dozen & placed them in the bag but Brandi asked after I paid for them do you 2 dozen or 1? I told her if you didnt charge me for 2 dont worry about it Ill jiat take the 1 & she got upset as if I did something wrong. This was my first & last time stopping by there just because of that...

Went here after work, during rush hour. The machine had broken down and was burning doughnuts. It was pretty crowded inside the store and outside. Customers were becoming upset and were being pretty nasty to the young workers in here. The workers, however, maintained their professionalism and did their best to get peoples orders to them. Very impressed. Great product.

So we went in when the donuts were just coming off the line and because the hot now light wasnt on the cashier said she couldnt sell the new ones and wouldnt be on until 5pm. Im confused, wouldnt you want to sell more donuts from the hot line if there is a potential sale? So we left with no donuts because you know the others are cold as ice. Wow. Defeats the purpose

Seriously the most disgusting and unsanitary environment Ive ever been in. Found a hair in my hot glazed doughnut and then when I went over to look at what could be going on behind the counter I saw the manager and her employees were not even wearing gloves or hair nets! Yuck! Im calling corporate

Seems like their hot donuts are just warm. I seem to remember going to other krispy kreme locations and the donuts were a little more toasty. None-the-less...they are great every time. For those on here saying it was the worst customer service, etc....its Wesley Chapel. What did you expect?

Late night we head to Krispy Kreme waiting on the hot sign to light up , that was in the 70s. Not much has change.Except now my kids head to Krispy Kreme wanting hot doughnuts. Chocolate covered my favorite. This location is always clean , lines not as long from when they first open.

I look forward all year to get my son the Shamrock Doughnuts since he was born on St. Patricks Day, and I call the KK on Wesley Chapel and they say they dont make them in ATL anymore... THATS BULLSH@@ and very disappointing to my child..smh

Donuts were dry, some where even hard from sitting out to long. Been to a few Krispy Kreme donut places. This one was there worst. Given it 2 stars just for the manager trying to make it right. Still was bad.
