I usually do not write reviews, but this establishment has the poorest service of any Sonic I have ever frequented. My children and I waited twenty minutes for two drinks and one order of onion rings. When it finally arrived, the drinks were filled to the brim with ice and hardly any drink. I ordered a medium onion ring and there were three onion rings in the bag and they were all smashed and cold. When I requested a refund for the onion rings, one of the employees said, " wait a minute, were backed up." She then came out ten minutes later and requested my receipt(which the waitress never gave me.) She went back in for another ten minutes and then brought back the change. She requested the onion rings back and walked them back into the building. I feel sorry for the next customer who ends up with our discarded order on their plate. She walked past three trash cans and entered the restaurant with those cold, crusty, nasty onion rings! I will not return to this location. EVER!

This sonic has disappointed me twice in a week. I never right reviews, but I had to. First, I went to get a drink, just a drink, I waited 20-25 minutes for a drink. It was bad because I actually went in to get it, and it was sitting there. Then three days later go through drive thru and order small fries, there was like 10-15 fries. I was sad because I wanted some fries. I go back now to talk to the manager because twice with this kind of service I had to mention it to the manager. A young maybe 20 year old walks out, which is fine, and she said sorry and will get me another small fry. She goes in and I wait 10!minutes and she never returned so I left. Now I called corporate, I really hope they do something.

This location is just okay. The employees there are young and it shoes in their service. Its fine hire teenagers but there needs to be a balance of adults to assist. My family and I went to this location and ordered several slushies. The young man gave us our drinks and didnt know which drink was which. His answer when we asked was "oh, I dont know".

Pesimo servicio went to buy a drink and dial the k manager was there the stupid hiso yk I did not understand when taking the order but k the stupid hiso for the simple reason k estava cuchichiando with others k were there k horor of avian place to put more atension to clienye no matter the fuel di nacionalidad✊✊

HORRIBLE experience. First sat in like for about 30-35 minutes for 3 meals. Also, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with just ketchup, mustard & pickles and didnt get any bacon. Didnt think it was rocket science to know bacon shouldve came on it. If I wanted a double cheeseburger I wouldve stated so. 0/10 would recommend!!!!

All I wanted was some food :( instead all I got was cheeseLESS cheese sticks, a blt toaster with One piece of bacon and wasnt even toasted(like not even one bit), and crazy stale popcorn chicken. Only thing good about my visit was the root beer and decent service. Not going to waste my time going back to have it fixed.

Just went to go through the drive thru sat there for 5 minutes, someone finally told me to give them one minute and THEN i waited another 15 minutes. At that point i had to pull away and once i did i looked in my rear view and the next person got helped immediatly. I will not be returning.

The drive through customer service was decent. They were polite. We ordered a large order and they had it ready really quick. I got the cherry limeade and mozzarella sticks which are my favorite. I never have any complaints with that. All in all a good service.

Came to this sonic at 4pm on a Friday... There were 2 cars in front of me and they were no where near packed.. I ended up sitting in line for 20 minutes waiting on an ICE COFFEE and 3 CINNABITES. I live right down the road and will never be back!!!!

Not impressed with Service. Cups came out messy and nasty with no napkins. I ordered no whip cream and it was covered with it. Attention to Detail is Crucial. Employees need to listen more and follow directions. So I give the Sonic in Dacula a 3.

The food is usually good but depending on the person taking orders you may get some rude service. Its been on more than one occasion that Ive dealt with a person who would talk over me, didnt repeat the order and felt overall annoyed.

The food is great here, but the with to get it is kind of rough. I was in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes last night. Keep in mind I was the only car in the drive-thru.
