The food was good, a lot of miscommunication...we drove from Buckhead, thinking and reassuring ourselves that we were going to get what I repeatedly as the cafe Manager, which was 50% off our food to say the least that did not happen.... the fine print says 8 Dollars max discount, However I called and asked to double check the Manager said that meant that we to spend 8 Dollars minimum.. Thats not all I went with a couple of co workers who were not "Caucasian" so we felt like we were being looked at in a weird way, my Coworker ordered a piece of cake when it came time for him to get it, the lady said she had just sent it off with a lady who had ordered after us, then she offered a different type of cake Coworker declined, she just said ok and walked away. It was a horrible experience and then the owner came out and basically told me that its not logical to get 50% off of an order, thats why I double checked before we made the drive.. then she offered me a gift card and proceeded to say that you guys probably dont even want to come back when in all reality I dont think that she wanted us back there and then she didnt even mention the gift Card again......very disappointed, so if ur not Caucasian dont go there!!! This café is a comple joke

I recently acquired a job application to the frosty frog. I am a 16 year old male. I filled out the entire application and on the following day I returned to hand it in the the lady at the counter. I was then told, and I quote "we dont hire guys." Nowhere in the application did it say I had to be a female to work there, I was not only untold of the requirement of being a female upon receiving the application but was then denied work because of my gender. Does that not spell discrimination??? I think so.

Friendly staff with a good selection of ice cream and lunch food. The reason Im giving them only three stars is there is nothing special about the ice cream or other food items. You can get better tasting items from Walmart. The atmosphere is nothing special either. Just a big concrete building. Was hoping for more. This is just my opinion, if you are in the mood for some ice cream then they are worth a try. You may like it better then I did.

Went in to get some ice cream because I have seen this place numerous times while driving by. Lady who greeted me did not smile, was not very friendly. I ordered the Brownie Sundie with out whipped cream and cherry. She handed me the Sundie and the container was half full. I asked where was the rest of it, she replied, "Thats it." The price for this? $6.00. Wow. How did it taste? Not very good, I could not eat all of it. I will not go back.

I went to Frosty Frog today in Hickory Flats and I watched a family get kicked out by the OWNER because their infant was crying (<1year old), they also had a 6ish year old. I overheard the OWNER tell them if they were going to act like that they should have gone to McDonalds. I will never forget the embarrassment and disappointment in that 6 year olds eyes. Its your choice to still support these bullys but, I sincerely hope you dont.

I held a baby shower in their Events Room. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Glenda took care of everything from menu suggestions to what type of decoration for the cake. It was such an enjoyable experience. I highly highly recommend the Frosty Frog whether for a lunch or an event. You will be very happy with the service and the quality of the food!

I have eaten here numerous times and each time has been an awesome experience. The food is great....so full of flavor and just really yummy! Great sandwiches, salads and much more! I have not had anything on the menu that has not been really good. The staff is friendly and ready to please! Stop by, if ever in the area....you will not be didappointed!

Awesome ice cream in the chicken salad is amazing. I was extremely disappointed though when I went to pick up chicken salad to go that I waited almost 15 minutes to get a tub of pre prepare chicken salad. I understand that they were fairly busy, but it was simply pulling a pint container out of refrigerator and I still waited 15 minutes.

My twin sister was visiting me and we just happened to come across Frosty Frog while shopping so stopped for lunch. We loved it there! The food and service were excellent. The store and restrooms were nice and clean. I recently moved to Georgia so Im always anxious to find new places and I definitely will be going back to Frosty Frog.

Just as my grandson was getting there with his caregiver, he began to get fussy. Before she could even get the bottle ready, the owner, a very rude Glenda Coles shot out demanding they leave because the baby was crying. Elizabeth didnt even have time to order. AN ICE CREAM SHOP? FAMILY FRIENDLY? Give me a break.

Very expensive for what you get. The food is so-so. But, they nickel and dime you to death. They charged me 1.50 for a water, from the tap. Who does that?? Want cheese on your sandwich? Oh thats another .50. So ridiculous.

Frosty Frog is a fun place to visit and the food is consistently delicious, especially the chicken salad. I have been going to Frosty Frog for years and it is a great place to meet friends for lunch or get take out. Love it.

The chicken salad here is AWESOME and they know it based on charging $20 a pound for it! Just get the sandwich :) But Ive havent had anything bad here, this is a great place to eat.
