On 4 out of 5 occasions, I have walked out of this place due to not being acknowledged by any of the servers or bartenders. It was never extremely busy during the times I came by, there were plenty of bartenders, but they would not even make eye contact. One specifically had their back turned towards the patrons sitting at the bar for over 5 minutes. I always gave it 10-15minutes, then just walked to the bar next door. The one time I was actually able to get service, not only was I charged twice on my credit card, but the total amounts were different (the tip amounts were changed/added in by a worker). Not only do the workers there not provide customer service, they are dishonest and steal from the patrons. I spoke with a manager regarding the dual transactions, and they were unable to find the second receipt with the higher tip amount. However, they refused to refund me.

Wonderful ambiance, great food, great prices, welcoming staff, and the Tree growing though the bar and roof! XD I highly recommend the quesadilla, the burger, the spinach, the fried fish filet(which is HUGE!) I dont drink, but they seem to have a great selection of drinks. They are also open into the early hours of morning, so night owls can enjoy. Bring your appetite and thirst to this great restaurant and hangout; leave replete!

Wow its really hidden but jaw dropping huge tree bar and cool real wait staff. I dont have to drive downtown any more to get to hippest gastro pub late night bar. Only place like it north of Atlanta. I thought they were just hooking me up on the bill but much later was surprised to find out super low prices because taxes are included. all the food and vibe is awesome. Apparently a best kept secret.

I can honestly say my first experience here was great. The "Fat Juicy Burger" was exactly that. Honestly no complaints right done to the "onion straws." I will be back because the beers are well spread and the food seems to be made with care. Nice staff also.

Its a little bit drafty in the winter but has lots of personality. It felt understaffed when I went on a Thursday night and we had to go to the bar to talk to our server, but its a small room so we werent too bothered. Might really annoy some folks, though.

Though the staff was friendly and were good at their job, and the tree growing through the roof was intriguing, the food choices are limited. I would consider giving the place a second look, except the stinch from the bathroom/kitchen was overwhelming.

Total hole in the wall, but I mean that in the most positive way. Stopped by here to grab a few beers and dinner - service was great. Plus, theres a freakin tree growing through the middle of the bar: how cool is that?

one of my favorite local bars. it has a giant tree literally in the middle of the bar. the bartender there is cool- they have a juke box, great vibe and bar indoor and outdoor. the food is okay- the usual bar food.

Some of the best pub food in Atlanta with the bonus that this location doesnt allow smoking inside. Im a committed carnivore but I love their veggie burger. Get it with garlic yogurt sauce.
