I was beyond excited to have Anna as my cake vendor to the point where my husband and I didnt set up any further cake tastings because we were sure that Anna would fulfill our expectations. Unfortunately thats not what happened. Our experience was one that is still upsetting even almost 2 months after our wedding. Communication is HORRIBLE and only through email, phone # listed on all social media and website is for the bakery. The days leading up to my wedding my coordinator attempted to reach out to Anna via phone call and was unsuccessful, reason for which he was contacting her was to inform her of our timeline change, so of course our cake arrived at 6pm and dinner had started at 5pm. No one could get ahold of her, I even emailed her while I ate my dinner which is something a bride should never have to experience. When her husband finally arrived, they cake wasnt completely set up because they were waiting on me to provide flowers from the florist, when I had requested sugar flowers. My bridesmaid had to take apart their flower bouquets to place on the cake. It took Anna 3 days after my wedding to reach out to me in regards to my cake, again no phone call just email. After spending $712 ($150 just for delivery) on a cake that was a dummy with only my top tier being the cake that we cut, and a sheet cake that served 100 people I was not satisfied with the final product and the professionalism that was shown to me after our investment. To top it off I didnt even eat cake at my own wedding, my cake didnt taste fresh and wasnt what I had tried at our cake tasting. Anna did offer to make us an anniversary cake but it still doesnt change what happened. Over all I wouldnt recommend this company, its such a shame because I didnt expect this to happen and was highly recommended to use her. I still havent heard back since my last email to Anna in regards to what exactly will be reimbursed to me and I am yet to hear back from her.
