This was my first time ever going to Bonefish, so I wasnt sure what to expect other than thinking itd be like Cityfish or Red Lobster. It was fathers day, so we decided to make a reservation early in the evening in hopes of not having to wait in line. Even witha 5pm reservation, we still had to wait about 20-25 minutes. But in the mean time, the manager was kind enough to keep bringing around appetizers to the people waiting. They even took our appetizer orders prior to us sitting down so that theyd be ready once we arrived. For those reason, I elevate it up to four stars rather than three. The food was without a doubt delicious, but I still wondered as to why the dinner portions were so small for the amount that you paid. Heck, I thought Id have to order twice the amount to fill me up! Overall, the staff, food and atmosphere was great and would definitely return again. P.s., Be sure to try the creme brulee!

Gary was our server and he was absolutely perfect the food at this Bonefish isnt as good as others but Ive always had excellent service. I witnessed Gary doing everything you could to keep a not so nice table happy and keeping his cool the entire, he turned a corner a fell...hard and I could tell it was painful no one else noticed and you never would have known. His professionalism and care for his customers overrided any pain he felt. He continued with amazing Grace and perfect execution. Hes definitely too good to be at a Bonefish so they better keep him happy as he could work anywhere. Ill come back to this location simply for Gary he made my date with my husband perfect!! BTW try the sangria it was his recommendation and it was to die for!

The ambiance was so dark and beautifully decorated from the outside in. Our server Gary was exceptional! Friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu and with suggestions. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We had the Ceviche appetizer which flooded our taste buds with zips and zaps of colorful wonderfulness! I had blackened swordfish, the garlic whipped mashed potatoes and a ceaser salad the way it is supposed to be made! My daughter had the snapper, jasmine rice, and also potatoes. It is pricey but every bit worth it. The fish is so fresh and the shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection. This is surely one of my all time favorite places! Hungary now? Lol

Used our complementary entrée coupon we received in the mail. My steak was rare after I ordered medium. It took so long for them to bring back my steak that the manager came out to apologize. They gave me a whole new plate of my sides and crab cake, so I had leftovers. The manager also gave us a brownie to go. The food was delicious besides my steak being under cooked. The wait was long (to cook my steak to medium) and kind of annoying but I feel like the manager and restaurant did a good job in correcting the issue. Server was friendly and attentive.

Good food. Bang bang shrimp is not as bang bang as it used to be. Crab corn chowder is awesome. One bad thing is dont bother making reservations because when we got there we ended up waiting for an hour. Doesnt reservation mean to reserve? Also went a few weeks after I made this review and my father ordered the grouper and it was a little raw on the inside. This is the sceond time this happened to us. If you order fish make sure to check if its cooked properly.

Absolutely amazing. The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly and eager to please. Customer service is of high priority to us and they surpass our expectations. From the hostess staff to the bar tenders to the chefs we are always pleased . The food is consistently good and the menu offers enough variety that we always fine something good to eat and it is always prepared well. We frequent this location for the staff and service.

honestly the best service ive probably ever had.. waiter was extremely knowledgeable.. drinks were constantly refilled (it was only tea and soda).. they even came by and put ice in our glasses when they were getting melted.. bagged up the leftovers for us.. and even took a family photo this is the first bonefish grill ive been two but i was very impressed with the attention to detail here..

Fairly consistent seafood dishes. Decent value for dollar. Not a place to order steak. Hit or miss with servers. Ive had a few that should consider another profession. Have enjoyed their brunch about 6-7 times. Always good, though last time they screwed up some meals resulting in half the party eating 20 min after the rest of us and offered no concession.

Management needs to pay closer attention to hold times to place a curbside order. Waited on hold 20 minutes to place a to go order, ordered 6 items and the young lady taking the order refused to provide us with more than two loaves of bread. Really, Bonefish? You cant afford the $0.25 loaf of bread for a $150 order?

Husband has a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating to him and he had so many choices which made going out to eat a joyous occasion for me. Usually we cant go out to eat..April was our server and she was fabulous she gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐STARS!! When we come back here again for another vacation we will be back here!

We have always liked Bonefish. Used to drive to clearwater before they moved to trinity. Where else in npr is a better place to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Our server, Javan, was nothing short of exceptional and is a great representative of a great restaurant. Thank you for the great dinner!

Amazing service and attentive wait staff! The food is amazing and was delivered with perfect timing. We ordered Apple Wood Wrapped Available for an appetizer and they were perfect! The Crab Covered Cobia was my meal and it was outstanding! A bit of spice was the perfect compliment to this tasty meal!

Food superb and service excellent. Especially the tilapia that I ate was the best I ever had. We have to drive a good distance to get there but it was worth it. We look for coupons at all times for Bonefish Grill which would attract us more since theres such a great distance to get there.

We came here because we have 2 in our area. This place was just remodeled. Boy did they waste money trying to save space or add seats. Bonefish is like eating at a community table. Cramped and uncomfortable. Yuck. Same old mediocre food in little portions.

The new proprietor is AWESOME!!! There has been a major improvement in food quality and service. We are regular customers, and havent had a bad dining experience since hes taken over. Keep up the great job guys! Our favorite local restaurant, by far!

This is our favorite restaurant in the nearby area. We usually get the grilled Talapia with one of their signature sauces. My favorite is the Mango. The wine list is great and dont forget dessert. We highly recommend their creme brulee!

We love the atmosphere here. The food is excellent and the help is friendly and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed and we always eat way too much. We especially enjoy the Bang Bang Shrimp. This is our special go to restaurant.
